Tutoring the Bad Boy

Tutoring the Bad Boy

How I hate sad endings! Books take you into a different world and if they can't make you smile, laugh, scream in exasperation and cry then it's not a great book. But happy endings are better and... happier. I sighed as I changed into my denim shorts. I needed a walk with my headphones or this depression of my new fictional crush's (Augustus Waters) death would haunt me for at least two hours or days or months. First escape books. Second escape, music. Books with awesome and addictive fictional guys should be banned. They simply increase real life expectations.

ECHOES OF TRUTH

ECHOES OF TRUTH

I covered my head with a pillow but then pulled it off to let out a breath of air. My eyes found the ceiling. I struggled to find a motivation to go, to push myself just a little bit harder. Most people associate depression with sadness, but it's so much more than that. A depressed person isn't always locked in a room crying with the lights off. Sometimes, it's that girl you see smiling in class, talking to everyone; or that joking boy who makes you laugh. They wear masks, and they can project joy even if it's not genuine.

Dark knights.

Dark knights.

Or maybe she can’t wait anymore, it’s time for me to lose my V cart, but she’s not a sweet kind lover in bed, she’s gonna tear me in half, I don’t know if I’m ready for that yet or not. Today was a bad day, I didn’t have work, not in the café, but I had my stories to work on, I had to sit down and type. But how to take your depression off, you kill a character, if that wasn’t enough, I made my hero cry, I made who’s me hold his breath trying to die, it didn’t work, I made him jump inside the ocean and hope for death, I didn’t know if I should kill him or not, should I die? But then my story would be over! Overwhelming myself with ideas, and depression, I decided to jump to another story, I n

A Little Bit of Joy

A Little Bit of Joy

Sappy novel with mopey dialogues and dragged out bits, it still provided me with much needed solace. Time was running out for me and a book lover like me wouldn't- scratch that- shouldn't waste their time on books like these. But I preferred to not explore the masterpieces of literature, out of the fear that once I got engrossed in it, it would be physically impossible for me to read all the books in the world. And I would want to read all the books in the world. It would lure me to become a recluse, lost in fiction world forever. I couldn't afford that right now. I turned to fiction in distressing moments like these, it was my own sort of therapy like people who found music their escape. A

Living And Dying

Living And Dying

he asked as he took a bite of the chocolate. I nod my head and took my glasses off. “The half of it.” He pat my head and smiled. “ Now, get some sleep.” “No.” I said, pouting my lips and raising my eyebrows. “ I'm waiting for the dawn.” He shrugged his shoulders and went back to his reading, but now he's sitting on the floor beside me while I sat on my chair. “I read in the first chapter here that depression is a side effect of dying.” I kept on concentrating on the screen to check the mistakes of the drafts, the misspellings, and the grammatical errors, mostly.

Don't Touch

Don't Touch

“Like it's just so much that it makes me feel like I’m just a label to all these disorders.” Elliot thought about this for a second before turning to me, “Have you thought about it being some sort of depression if it’s not haphephobia? Like maybe, major depression? I've done some research and your condition pretty much match up with it.” he said as he pulled out a book from the shelf and started looking through the pages. “You did say that they gave you anti-depressants, right?” I didn't say anything at first as I looked through the pages trying to understand what was written on it before glancing over at him. "I guess," I mumbled.

The Haunted's Kiss of Regret and Repentance

The Haunted's Kiss of Regret and Repentance

I looked at the fanfiction books, the romance novels, and the other books filed with depressed characters, "I think the negative energy that I've been gathering in my room is what makes my room susceptible with the negative energy that Rian already gave me." Izzy looked at the books she was holding, and rechecked the books. I also looked at every book cover that I could, and saw that my analyzation was right. I surrounded myself with books that didn't help me face the reality I had, and taught me to run away from reality.

Soul Therapy Clinic

Soul Therapy Clinic

---------- November 19, 04:00 I lay on the bed, enduring the feeling of heavy double eyelids, but there was no way to fall asleep. The fragmentary images and sounds of the past days were like a broken string of pearls, scattered around, reverberating throughout the skull, persistent pain. My mind kept spinning between experiments, counting time, committing suicide. It's too real. Too monstrous. That sort of suicidal experience was a mix of excruciating physical pain, chaotic guilt complexes, and then, serenity. Every cell in the body seems to be relaxed, the whole body seems to fly, gradually free from all burdens of the flesh or the mind - a complete release. Using depression experience to
