His eyes were bristling with anger while he said this because he couldn’t tolerate Caroline’s rude behavior. “You have time to decide till tomorrow! I’ll think and tell by tomorrow.” Caroline rushed out of the office with attitude as she yelled at my dad. ***** “What a dumb human! Money cant buy happiness??? Money can buy anything! And if you have money then why do you need happiness anyways. These emotions/feelings are such a waste of time!” Caroline mumbled in anger in her office.

Ghost Boredom is a dangerous thing for me. It creeps in like a shadow, curling around my mind, whispering temptations I’m too eager to entertain. And when I get bored, I do stupid, reckless shit—shit that usually comes back to bite me the next day. I should probably reign it in tonight. Probably. If only probably was a year, it's not which means tonight is going to be as wild as the other nights when I'm bored out of my damn mind.

I was fucking bored already, and I was feeling every second of it. These damn family gatherings never did much for me, and tonight was no different. The whole setup felt pointless—people sitting around, making small talk, pretending like they cared about fundraising beyond their own selfish interests. I wasn’t wired for that. Never have been. Conversations that stretched on without meaning. They bored the fuck out of me. I didn't care to play along with their charades or fake a smile to keep the peace. They could prattle on about business or catch up on old stories, but it all felt like noise. Empty, pointless noise.

She laughed and thought to herself "my weakness is teachers". -Well, I already told you my whole life story. Of course, when she told her life story she didn't include Gabriel. -Well look my life is not that interesting it is very common I have a family that does not live here my family is European I came to visit this country and I stayed here my family is a very traditionalist family they come from time to time to see me and I also go there from time to time I have two more brothers they live with my parents and I am a professor at several universities, so as you see my life is not very interesting.

I sighed "I have a story to tell you." "You’re always telling me the same story." He whispered a bit audible "Not this time I won’t, it’s very interesting, I’m sure you will love it," I said while grabbing the storybook kept on the table. "This looks interesting." I opened to the first page "Once upon a time, there lived three children, Kyle, Lucas, and Charles. They are best friends, they always spend time together until…." "It’s boring." "Okay, I will narrate another story." I grabbed the other storybook and began narrating it

“Where is she?” Lora pointed at where Dementia was, still hitting her head on the wall. Looking at the small fairy, the Sluagh shrugged her shoulders and turn back to Lora. “Well that serves her right my child. What is it that you want her to do that she couldn't?” “I asked her to make someone fall in love with me, but she started telling me different stories.” Lora said eyeing Dee with her eyes. “Lora, my child, Dementia is a weak fairy but don't worry you have me, I will do that for you, all I need is his full name.”

Liam's voice brought me back from my thoughts "I am fine," I told him with a smile He sighed and said "are you getting bored? Did I do something wrong?" I looked at him with a shocked expression. Bored? How could he think like that? Why would I get bored with him?. It might be the opposite? I am a boring person and I don't know how to talk.

Zahra whispered, not minding to hide the fear in her voice, “But why had they set fifteen huts ablaze?” “I can’t say for sure,” Dodo turned her attention to Zahra, “But my mother told me a story of how the three Kingdoms, after hunting, danced around a campfire. You want to hear the story?” “No,” Zahra and Ginika said in unison. They were not prepared to hear Dodo’s unending tale. She would only end up telling them of how her great, great, great grandmother, told her great, great grandmother and her great grandmother, to her… Her stories usually leave one hungry and light-headed, or it would knock you out.

The most traveling I'd done was through reading, I was single and hadn't dated anyone in my entire life and my idea of fun was to grab a book, curl up and read until my eyes bled. I lead the most boring life any person could ever live —I was probably the most boring teenager in existence— but I hadn't had any issues with it before. I never stopped to think about how other teenagers lived theirs to the fullest, how they always had stories to tell from the memories they created. I simply accepted that my life was boring and I was at peace with that fact.
