Braces Headgear Stories Novels & Stories

she agreed. She got me all sorted with all different types, styles and colors of bras and under ware. She found me some comfortable pj's too. We finished and I gestured for my brothers to come back and pay. Luckily, it all fit in a few bags that Jaden and West carried for me. "Thank God that's done." Zeke muttered as we walked to the sporting goods store. "This is more like it." Jaden sighed as we walked into the store. "We all need some new gear here so let's split up." Zeke suggested after we found Leo, Joe and the other guards.

There were white pants to wear under and white boots. So, I put it all on; there were white and silver arm guards. All I kept thinking is… This is a battle garment? I put the white boots on, and after I was wearing the garment, I brushed my hair and braided it and left my braid over the shoulder. With the garment was a matching crown that fit nice and snug on my head with an attachable mask down over my eyes. My face guard I assume. I now looked in the mirror. To me, I looked like a superhero. I began to laugh remembering Sara’s remark.

Both Ruth and Cara loved it, too. I tried it on but to the disappointment of everyone else, I wouldn’t come out of the change room and show them. I wanted it to be a surprise for all of them. We picked up some accessories; I found some nice red gloves and shoes. Cara was drawn to a flower and vine integrated hairpiece that had blood-red and yellow jewel stones set as the flowers. We get everything bagged up, paid for, and then go for a walk around the town. We passed this really nice antique store. I duck into the store and have a look around. “Scarlett?”

she inquired, her eyes studying the garment in his hands. Mahesh's smile widened, and he had a hint of pride in his voice. "This bra," he began, holding it out slightly, "is designed with a particular purpose—your ultimate comfort and support. We've selected a unique combination of highly breathable, natural fabrics that will feel soft against your skin and allow continuous airflow, preventing discomfort even during extended wear."

Kamari's Point of View The helmet fitted snuggly over my head. Pressed it a bit too hard but according to Zayan, that was how it was supposed to be. If I fell, he didn't want my skull to bounce around on the inside. Rather, he wanted it to absorb the impact. Or some shit like that. "Please tell me that mine doesn't have any gears," I whispered and tightened the gloves he had given me. Another precaution, along with some rather unsightly boots that came up to my knees. They were hard to walk around in. Weighed close to ten fucking kilos. Although, he swore they didn't. But the added weight felt off to me.

“It was a helmet, not just a mask. Where is the rest of it?” “Huh?” She’s looking at me now, a strand of hair falling loose from the messy bun I watched her wind and tie back half an hour ago, imagining the curve of her spine and the indent between her shoulders, the same places I kissed– “Aris?” “What?” “Are you listening? This mask is supposed to be connected to a head guard–it’s a helmet. That’s why it won’t fit over your face and why it’s so heavy.” “Well, shit.”

And there was going to be butchery enough here. The crown was called so on account of the six retractable bolts affixed to its metal headband. Geraldine watched the rookie place it around Eddie’s temple. It was a one-size-fits-all apparatus, so little maneuvering was required. The five of them returned to the cabinet, faced it, and saw the five red switches along its lower sill.

Dantares added. “Fuck you both,” Hayward muttered, flipping them off with his good hand. They shared a chuckle as Dantares looked him over. “Got yourself pincushioned again, did you?” “Yeah, went to a tailor in town, got more than I bargained for.” Hayward pointed at his wrist. “Crossbow nailed the bracer to my arm, bracer held the bolt in.” “Ah. That was the cursing, eh?”

“The whole pack pitched in. The seamstresses, the girls at the market, Kaia with the historical records, and Nalia threatening people to get things done on time…” “I didn’t threaten anyone,” she said calmly, and we all looked at her. “Maybe three people. But for good reason.” I laughed until my voice cracked. They helped me get dressed. Every brooch had a purpose, and every braid in my hair, a blessing. Grace drew small protective runes behind my ears. Temra anointed my wrists with moon oil. Claris placed a comb in my hair that had belonged to my mother and was recovered from Steelfang. When I saw it, I lost my breath.

I winked at him and his lips twitched while shaking his head in amusement. He led me to the gym and someone handed him a bag. He gave me the bag and said to change. But before going away I whispered to him, "I needed to hide my face." He nodded and gave me a headgear. I changed to a dark red sports bra and black leggings. Of course, he knew my size. And not bad, he knew my color. I wore the headgear and proceeded to the ring where my opponent was waiting for me, they handed me a kumpur boxing wrap. Alessandro nodded at me. I smirked because I faced worse people than him.
