Zharn's mother smiled from the other side of the table next to her husband and first child. "Indeed." His father curtly replied. "Thank you." I gave my brightest rehearsed smile, hoping it looked as good as it did in my dresser's mirror. I sat down, placing my purse on my lap, and Zharn sat next to me. "Before I forget, I got you something." "You can't have anything I like except for your ginger hair." She replied coolly. "What about a book by Jamilla Coover, the final book of this Break Me series?" I raised up the black and purple popular mystery thriller novel.

Till Betrayal Do Us Part: Ex-Husband, Ex-Heartbreak

Till Betrayal Do Us Part: Ex-Husband, Ex-Heartbreak

I sucked in a shaky breath, my chest still heaving as the adrenaline coursed through me. “That’s it,” he said, his voice low and soothing. “You’re okay. I’ve got you.” I didn’t know how long we sat there, his arms wrapped around me as I clung to him like a lifeline. My words died in my throat when I saw it. A doll. It sat in the corner of the hallway, its porcelain face cracked, its glassy eyes staring blankly at me. And its stomach— Its stomach was split open, its insides spilling out like a grotesque parody of blood and guts.

This is another book that I absolutely love. I can't believe that Marco would betray Estella by having an affair with her best friend. Then she has to stay at her ex-husband's nemesis. I would love to see more of what happens.

ML is poorly built,he does many contradictory things, which makes his character not believable.FL is the type who will love her husband to the moon and back even if he disrespects her all the time, she has no self respect.ML is not faithful. If you're not into these type of stories, don't read.
Analice Cruz
The cheaters are never truly punished for their adultery and the plot just kind of treats it as something completely justified and pushes the reader to see them as victims. The only person who got screwed over by everyone for no reason was the FL, and she's still forced by the plot to forgive.

Heathens

Heathens

Not food on my boot. I stopped, staring at my room, trying to find every piece of something familiar and kind. The books. I ran to the books, thinking about blood on boots as I ripped down the first bookshelf. I grabbed the back and pulled, letting it smash to pieces on the hard floor. Dandelion barked at me from my mattress when I went to the other, stepping over the books that had fallen. Pages had been torn out, dust jackets ruined. It didn’t matter. I would look at it and remember this day. I would remember what my father was.

Alpha King: Please Never let me go

Alpha King: Please Never let me go

we followed her, walking up a dark stairway; Rasha and the others glued themselves to me since they did not see anything, "Ammmm... Rengoku, I know I killed your friends. Nevertheless, they will die sooner or later. This place eats souls to function. If I did not send them, it would be one of you. Right now, this asylum is under my control, but who knows what may happen next?" The library was a chaotic place where books were thrown everywhere. The bookshelves had cracks and spiderwebs all around them. I promenaded my eyeballs on the shelves reading the titles. Some were not visible, erased by the passage of time, while the ones that had clear words were not important. Dahlia stayed back watc

Revenge of the Hideous Lady

Revenge of the Hideous Lady

From the odd symbols on the wall to the strange box in front of her, Xyla realized more and more that she didn’t know who Emily really was. Her gaze unintentionally shifted to another drawer beside her. She saw another red doll in the shape of a human as well as a red booklet. Xyla’s name was sewn onto the doll. She immediately frowned slightly before picking the doll up. Then, Xyla discovered that not only was her name sewn onto the doll, but the large bunch of symbols she was earlier were also sewn onto it. Xyla turned the doll around to look at its back. Likewise, her name and weird symbols were also sewn onto the back of the doll.

The storyline is too good to be true! I love all the leads and emotions are shown very clearly... but nowadays, it looks like story is still dragged out... same drama, same praises, same scandals... either this should end on a good note or may be Author should change the perspective.
Peachy Barbadillo
a lot is going on with the story and I feel like Stanley was being left behind in this story...I think y should focus more on the two main character...where is Stanley's point of view when xyla were being attack and bullied..that's all but great story though but decided to drop it...

Dragon's Blood (Book Two)

Lochness comments. "Nessy, just leave them alone," Vesla sighs. "Now Eleonora, tell me: what brings you two here?" Vesla asks. "The horde is going to war," Ellie breaths out. Lochness steps forward his once relaxed face stiffening up. "Go and tell Valdis we will have no part in his war," Lochness huffs. "Valdis is dead," Ellie states coldly. Silence falls over us. Dirty Deals With The Devil

Dirty Deals With The Devil

"That's not how to summon me. You could read the book, it tells you how to. Explicitly." "I'm not reading that thing," I said with disdain as I eyed him from head to toe. He was dressed in his usual black clothing of jeans and a black sweatshirt, this time he had on black Jordans. I had never seen him in any other colors, safe from black. He was right though, I could read and understand the Codex Gigas now. Only those that understood the true meaning of death could comprehend that demonic book. Belinda had been a few lines short of finishing it, but the fact that she had been willing to lay down her life for me had been touching.
