More Than A Man

More Than A Man

“Who gave you the wings you now have to talk that way to me, tell me so I can break the person’s wing before breaking the one you borrowed.” “My Queen, I have no wing you speak of.” Chandler returns with a brittle smile. “I am not foolish enough to bring any into this place, not when I remember how you broke the wings off doves and then watch them bleed to death. No, your majesty, I have learnt my lesson about wings.”

Fated

Fated

Other supernatural beings were another story. I took a moment to soak in one last look at him before walking to the window. He was a sexy man for sure, I could definitely see myself coming back for another night of toe-curling sex. I pushed the window out and jumped, releasing my wings to fly home to the palace. My kingdom and palace weren't far, I had come to a human city on the border for a night of fun, but it was much faster to fly home. I had barely crossed the border into my clan's kingdom when I felt a sharp pain rip through my right wing. In a moment of panic, I realized that it was not responding, as if it had been cut off from the rest of my body.

at first the information on the blurb was kind of overwhelming and read like there were lots of details included but the writing and premise make this a fun, interesting read. lots of supernatural elements in the mix and great world-building. good job, author

I rated this when I started and I have finally finished. This is a rich story with wonderfully unique characters and and interesting storyline. The plot held my attention and the end was perfect. Looking forward to reading Fated: The First. ❤✨

The Assassin

The Assassin

Once I have them both attached, I stand in between her wings and pull with all my might, forcing her wings together onto her back and making it impossible to flap them effectively anymore. She screams again, this time in frustration. She knows I’m winning. I tie off the wings and then jump back down to where her neck is laying over her tail. The jarring of my landing reverberates through my body, sending sharp, shooting pain everywhere, reminding me that some of my bones are shattered. I don’t care, I can’t stop now, I'm too close.

What an amazing read, wow!! Tana & Avanis stories were so good, but this one just made the series even better. This author has quickly become one of my favorites on here & definitely one of the best! I’m so excited for Kaylanis story!! Any idea when that one will be available on here, author? :)

I had put off reading this for a bit after the 2nd book. Zeph wasn't very developed and knowing she was starting on a dark side wasnt that enticing but DAMM i blew through this after giving her a chance. the plot and characters and world just draw you in!

she asks, staring at the wall covered in scratches. “Yeah, they showed me some awful things while I was here, I don't think I'll ever sleep again.” “What did they do to your wings?” she asks, fiddling with the restraints. You should see what they did to yours, I think but I can’t bring myself to say it. The less she knows the more she’ll be able to sleep. I gasp as the pressure on my wings releases. I try to stretch them out, but they fully collapse, dragging on the floor like a horrifying train. A harsh sob escapes my lips. “They’re broken,” I stammer.

Accepting the darkness

Accepting the darkness

" It said, amused. Then he let go of the priest, who concentrated. Again and again he tumbled through the air, had hugged himself and was feverishly concentrating on his wings. He was scared to death, but who didn't have it if you fell many meters without a parachute? Deep down, Godric felt a pressure slowly spreading inside him. Under the devil's watchful eyes, two gray wings appeared to stop the priest's fall. Slowly and hesitantly he opened his eyes when he no longer felt himself falling. Godric looked in astonishment at his wings, which seemed even bigger and more powerful than before. Even the gray color seemed a minor matter at that moment. Godric has never felt so free and exhilarated

She sniffled, trying to regain control. “When I felt I could move forward, I got the tattoo. The butterfly is a harlequin I remember chasing with my siblings in Puerto Rico. Butterflies are supposed to symbolize hope and transformation. The flowers are the white plumeria native to Puerto Rico and symbolize love and new beginnings.” She explained. “That’s beautiful and fitting.” I nodded. “Thanks…” she sighed as she leaned her head against me. “I haven’t told anyone, other than my therapist, that before. It feels good to tell someone else.”

Is that really how the book ends? It's a really good book but to end it that way... Especially with the trauma the two main characters seperately endured... Feels wrong to deprive the reader from getting to have that HEA with the characters.

Another wonderful book!! I have laughed so hard it hurts and this is not just a nod to romance, But Life getting in the way and our animals fully taking over and inserting themselves when we aren't brave enough to do it ourselves. Absolutely brilliant!!!

BETRAYED BY MY MATE CLAIMED BY HIS STEPBROTHER

BETRAYED BY MY MATE CLAIMED BY HIS STEPBROTHER

My heart stuttered with a new kind of satisfaction. Then Axel pushed further. “Wings, remember the wings. Let them breathe with your shoulders. They are as balanced as blades.” I felt the skin at my back tighten. The familiar ache precluded their unfurling, but under it there was no avalanche of fury now only raw power that I could cradle. I stretched my wings a hair’s breadth. The tips sliced through the morning air with a whisper and the faintest sparkle along the edges where metal met feather. Ariella’s breath hitched, and I realized how many things I’d never let myself see as beautiful.

9 Mates!Possess Their Mute Slave

9 Mates!Possess Their Mute Slave

That former Alpha of Black River Pack, father of Austin and Brandon, who I used to think was an unbeatable nightmare, but if he were standing in front of me now, I could crush him like an ant. Unwittingly, I had become so different from my frail past self. "Put me down now! I'm going to jump!" Jo's voice yanked me back from my memories. I was no longer in the Black River pack, I was at the bottom of the Forbidden Valley. For safety's sake, I had to go down from the sky and walk with him towards the town. In order not to cause panic among the townspeople, I hid my wings in advance. "Why can you make the wings disappear?" Jo was very surprised when he saw me retract my wings.

Flameheart; Rise Of An Alpha Magnate

Flameheart; Rise Of An Alpha Magnate

He could not help but wonder how easy it would have been had his wolf been not suppressed by the dark witch. Suddenly, from above, a swarm of Wraithwings descended, their ghostly forms merging into a tempest of shrieks that reverberated through the air like a banshee's wail. Flameheart pivoted, raising his blade to meet their assault, slicing through the air as they swooped down, their claws poised to tear him apart.

Goddess, I love it when he does that. “Let’s finish what we came for and then I can give myself to you.” He winked at me and I sighed, feeling all hot and bothered. Damn the Alpha and his cameras. Emilio got on the sliding ladder next to the shelves and began to search for books. I thought I should help too so I stood up and willed my wings out, hoping the flames on them didn’t burn the place down. I willed them to flap a little and I noticed the flames didn’t affect anything. The wings were pretty big to be let out in a house but luckily they were harmless.

Oh my goodness! As always author you are number one! Great books both of them. Awesome storylines, strong characters, written well, did not drag, held my interest and I never wanted either book to end. That’s why you are at the top of my favorite author list on this app. Keep up the great work!
Traci Williams
The story is great. Natie definitely had me on a roller coaster of emotions. The characters are well developed. The plot line had some nice arcs a clear peak and cool down. There are some loose ends. An epilogue would be nice. I’m looking forward to reading Emilio, and his mate’s story.
