Bubbling Feeling In Heart Novels & Stories

As I release each breath I imagine a small flame growing in my mind, it starts shaky and dies out at first but I try again. This time, it ignites and forms into a small flaming bud. And with each breath, the bud slowly grows, almost as if one is blowing into a balloon, and as it grows in my mind my biceps burn along with my palms. The burn isn’t painful, but it feels just like it would when you put your hands close to the fire. The heat steams into my skin and makes it warm, and that warmth travels through every part of my body like the blood flowing in my veins, and it all flows back through the right atrium into my beating heart.

She stated. "That's impossible!" "By the way, how did you know that you have a heart problem? Did you consult your private doctor?" She asked. "No." "Then how? Did you just make it up?" "Of course not! I can feel it." "Would you mind telling me what are you feeling?" I put my shirt on again as I speak. "I can't breathe but my heart's beating so fucking fast as if it's going to explode." "You can't breathe but your heart's beating fast? Okay.. What else?" She asked, while taking down notes on her small notebook.

It's true what they say, with love comes a lot of pain in different kinds of ways. It's certain that I didn't know how to deal with new emotions. The ache in my chest is caused by the tightness in my heart. The burning sensation spread across my chest and heated my stomach and for some reason, I thought the stir in my stomach felt like boiling acid. The unusual reaction of my inside left a lump in my throat and made my windpipe beg for full liberty to air.

All that was there were his serious eyes and perfect face. He leaned in closer and | could smell his breath. It smelled like rain and mint gum. | was breathing heavily now, my heart pounding harder and harder. His eyes were trained solely on my lips, then wandered back to my eyes. His lips brushed lightly against mine and | sucked in a breath, my lips tingling. | suddenly tilted my head sideways and looked away from him. Pushing his body away, | got up hurriedly and stepped out of the ring. "Where are you going?" he asked, climbing down after me.

"I need to see a therapist or something..." I'm worried about my health. My heart is fluttering. My pulse is ticking against my jaw. There is a buzzing in my stomach, and I swear that isn't normal. Am I dying?" Are these the warning signs of a heart attack? I hope not. I get underneath the covers and get comfortable. There is a new message from the pixie girl herself. What could she want? I click on the message with a weird feeling in my chest. My heart is thumping, which is so freaking weird.

“The baby just has excellent taste.” He pops his head around the corner, grinning. “If she demands peanut butter on pizza next, I’m drawing the line.” I’m laughing as I answer and that’s when I feel it. It’s not what I expected. I’ve read so many descriptions in books and online—some say it’s like bubbles popping, or like popcorn, or like a goldfish swimming just under the surface. But it’s none of those things. It’s a flutter. A soft brush against the inside of my belly, like the flick of a butterfly wing. Not strong. Not painful. But there.

I gasped, whisper–shouting. My cheeks flushed with a heat, a warm, buzzing sensation spreading across my face and down my neck. It was so intense I was sure everyone around could feel it. My heart throbbed, pounding against my chest as if it was trying to break free. That was such an unexpected, bold move and it had sent a bolt of lightning zapping through me.

The loud sound of my fast-beating heart was proof of how on edge I was. My body had been feeling strange again for the whole day. My chest felt tight and at times it felt difficult for me to breathe. It was like something heavy had been placed on top of my chest and I couldn’t remove it. My body felt hot like I had a burning fever as I laid on my narrow bed. “Mhhmm…” I moaned left my lips. I squirmed on the bed as I clenched my thighs together. The heat in my body seemed to have worsened and there was an undeniable ache in my lower abdomen which slowly spread downwards to the point in between my thighs.

I asked her, too afraid to move. "What?" she asked in surprise, "in the chest, isn't it?" she sounded confused now but so was I. "I'm feeling a heartbeat," I paused as I paid more attention, "in my stomach." "In your stomach?" she repeated as I placed my hand on my stomach but I couldn't feel anything. The heartbeat was faint but I could feel it. It was like butterflies in my stomach and I'm not surprised that I couldn't feel it because it wasn't powerful. "Yes, right here," I whispered as I placed my hand on my chest to make sure my heart didn't somehow move to my stomach but the heartbeat on my chest was powerful and loud and it couldn't be in my stomach.

“Did you enjoy throwing yourself at the first monster who looked your way? Did you enjoy slutting yourself out-” There’s a bubbly feeling inside of me. Harsh… popping… burning bubbles, and they’re trying to burn a hole right through me. Every second they multiply. Bubbling up, up, and up, until it feels like they have no other option but to explode out of me.
