The Unexpected Mate

The Unexpected Mate

He touches his sides and says boo making Felix jump. We all laugh at their silliness. After a few minutes of watching the video Walker just stops and starts off in space. His eyes slowly start to shine and turn yellow indicating he is having a vision or whatever it is he is having. When he speaks you can hear his wolf in his voice. “The dragonfly has turned their back on the one they love the most. Their demise is the redemption to save the sparrow. Fight for their freedom but death will be easy. Watch from behind or the sword will strike true. The butterfly with a scar will give their life to save the dove. The butterflies sacrifice will bring down the bull.”

Liliana
I really and truly LOVED this book. Yes, the ending was unexpected. Everleigh is too powerful and should be mated to only one fae mate. Or a fae/werewolf one. Grey and Zayne weren’t able to appreciate her. Actually, no one was able to appreciate her true self. I’m relieved she left them all.
Laura Wallinger
this was a GREAT book. I loved it the entire time. But the ending sucks. please tell me you left it like that to write a sequel if nor please add 1 or 2 chapters that say what happens to them all. like dies Eve make a new better life for herself? does Grey get another chance to be happy?

The Journey Collection

The Journey Collection

There was a beautiful blue butterfly on the porch railing. I wanted to capture it and put it in a glass jar, even though I shouldn't. Daddy always told me that rubbing the powder off a butterfly's wings made it impossible for them to fly. I didn't want to hurt the thing; I just wanted to look at it a little longer. And as soon as I walked up the porch, it would fly off, and I would never see it again. The butterfly flew away, as predicted, and I had only made it up the first step.

To live or to love

To live or to love

Hand-in-hand, they walked… The sun was setting, casting a warm glow over the sandstone walls and arches. Aurora suddenly stopped in her tracks and gasped. Derek looked at her curiously, wondering what had caught her attention. He followed her gaze to her index finger, where she had just made a beautiful yellow butterfly sit kn her index finger. It was a delicate and vibrant creature, with wings that were a bright, lemony yellow hue. Its wings were adorned with intricate patterns of black lines and dots, creating a stunning contrast against the yellow background.

Butterflies

Butterflies

I was welcomed by a gushing wind of extraordinary aura from the centre of the room where Dorothy sat legs-crossed — wings outstretched behind her — and her eyes shut. Still baffled by the sight, I slipped in. The aura kept on spinning around her, making her seemingly barricaded from the rest of the world. I quickly cast my eyes around her room and filled them with warmness. Looking back at her, my eyes then caught sight of a big book with the word, “Butterflies”, and a smaller book that said, “Fairies”. Something inside me wanted me to rush right down to it and grab it, still, all I could do was keep watching from where I stood.

The Underworld Trials of Luna

The Underworld Trials of Luna

“What’s that?” I blink and then look down into my hands where a little blue butterfly sits, slowly moving her wings up and down, completely calm and incredibly pretty. “Holy shit,” Blythe whispers, stepping close to peer at it. “Where did you get that?” “Want to be a butterfly next?” I ask, a bit wicked, grinning up at him. He just flinches back, looking at me with horror.

awesome continuity... please if you continue for the other characters, show it in the description like you did for the book 2. there's another book with the same names of Ellie and Dominic and I was confused. I really hope there's a Rafe and Mark book.
Stacy
The story-line carried well throughout the entire book until the ending. The ending seemed abrupt, rushed and lacked content/drama that could have been built for additional spin offs and left too many things unaddressed.

FALLING FOR THE ALPHA'S SHADOW

FALLING FOR THE ALPHA'S SHADOW

A small girl with tangled dark hair and bright eyes. Me. I froze. The Keeper woman appeared beside me. “This is where it began.” I watched my younger self reach toward a butterfly. Then everything changed. The air darkened. The forest grew quiet. A cold wind swept through the trees. The little girl stopped. Her smile faded. “Something is coming,” I whispered. “Watch,” the Keeper said. Dark shapes moved between the trees. Ravagers. But younger. Faster. Searching. I felt my heart pound fast. I wanted to run to the small version of myself and pull her away.

My secret obsession with a high king God.

My secret obsession with a high king God.

I stated ending this conversation before her mind went wild. "Ok okay. Can I see it?" She asked the question I knew she would. "When we get home I'll take you to the garden." I said with a soft smile. I had found the most exotic butterflies from all around the universe and brought them to the palace. I had taken the butterfly I deemed the best and taken away its ability to fly and made it immortal. So inside a small golden cage in the garden was a butterfly that I thought she would love the most. She would look at it and fall in love with it. Never realizing that It represented her.
