Cayden's Pov The words of Sarah pushed me to my limit, my claws extended from my nails in rage. I dug my hands into my palm to stop my anger and regain my senses. A commotion distracted Sarah as her gaze shifted to the dining hall. I also looked over, a familiar scent warted over my nostrils. Carmen! She wore a long flowing purple gown, the shiny pearls in her gown seemed to radiate the glow of the moonlight. She looked every bit like a Luna. A wonderful one. And she was pretty.

The one who helped me was a woman with red hair. I instinctively moved away from them, but I didn’t get that far, seeing as I’m on a large bed. I just managed to put some distance between me and the eight strangers watching me. Swallowing heavily, I managed to muster up some courage to speak. “W-who are you?” I asked. “We’re the Lancaster siblings’ mates,” the red-haired woman softly responded. “I am Carmela, Hale’s mate. He’s the Crown Prince of Regia Solaria.”
