Crossroads Café

Crossroads Café

Huge windows decorated with complicated carvings of wolves, vines, stars, and moons. The café had a big sign. It was the silhouette of a black howling wolf with « Crossroad café » written with a bright yellow. She wondered what was the link between a wolf and a crossroads. The logo did not make sense to her. Old Al’ made a sound and she realized that she did not move, too engrossed by the beauty of the café. She joined them as the old man opened the door where a warm atmosphere welcomed them. Bianca got stuck again by the interior. It was everything that she liked. A rustic decoration with massive pieces of wood. A huge bar with an impressive range of drinks from coffee to strong alcohol.

Oh my what a beautifully refreshing book! I laughed so much! I completely fell in love with Bianca and Magnus! They are super cute one is serious and stoic and the other fun and fiesty. Perfectly suited for each other! I always love reading about strong women and their equally strong men.

I am thoroughly enjoying this book! I have read so many books that are so full of fluff just to keep the reader hooked for the real story, but this book is fantastic and every chapter is relevant. You’ll run through a roller coaster of real emotions and still want more. Definitely worth it!

Knocked Up By My Brother’s Best Friend

Knocked Up By My Brother’s Best Friend

If they ever made a car air freshener in that scent, I would be the first in line at the hardware store. I breathed a deep sigh of relief as I walked through the carved wooden door, an electric version of “Ode to Joy” ringing out at me to find that this was still the case. I hadn't gone off the smell of unbrewed coffee like I had freshly baked cinnamon rolls. There were those as well at the cafe but encased safely behind a thick pane of glass in the display counter. “What can I get you?” asked the perky college girl in the garish violet polo shirt, as though filling my order would genuinely be the highlight of her day.

A Handful Of Stars

A Handful Of Stars

Caira rolled her eyes, surpassing her smile,"Now come on in and give me them juicy details." I yanked open the door, sliding inside gently and then closing the door softly. Grabbing a pack of chips that Caira had kept in the backseat for me, I smiled at her rear view mirror reflection. "Only over a glass of Merlot." "I am going to be driving really fast now and you can't stop me," Ciara said and the engine jumped to life, as I let out a hearty laugh. The bar/cafe was tucked in between two large buildings, and it was so tiny that one would have missed it if they were not paying much attention. It was small, quaint and looked like no one ever visited it.

he exclaimed. Then we marched towards the vending machine located on a corner near Lucifer’s Office. At leas we’ll be able to see when Lucifer’s secretary already arrive. “It tastes so good!” I cooed as I sipped my coffee from a can. “I know right. That’s why I tend to come here and grab a coffee whenever I have time to stress out.” Carlo said as he sat beside me on the bench. “By the way? You always come here to bring some papers for the director, may I ask about your work?”

Though it went under reconstruction, Boso-boso church still maintains its original architectural design--as per the your guide. At twelve thirty in the afternoon, they left the group and went to Burrow Cafe which is popular because of rustic vacation house and garden theme and it is hidden underneath the garden of events place The Bee House, with only a narrow, rabbit hole-like staircase to lead the way. There are also hammocks, outdoor garden chairs, and greenery all over the place. Aside from the beautiful space, their all-breakfast menu is a showstopper--signature Tender Beef Tapa, black pancit, pizzas, and Burrow signature cheesecake for dessert.

The Dark Temptations

The Dark Temptations

There were all kinds of people visiting her cafe, the school kids hanging out with each other, the old businessmen grabbing a bite before the day started and the one coming from the gym still in gym wear who couldn't resist the aroma that filled the cafe. A smile found its way up to Avery's lips when she saw the smiles on each one's face. Only sweets could do that. She thought to herself. The cafe was big and spacious with the pink wooden finish all over, providing warmth in the chilli weather and the perfect aesthetic look mixed with the pink camellias. There was also a little library at the corner that she builded with the books she read over the years, still as good as new.

I Saw You

I Saw You

That just added up to my restlessness. The car stopped in front of a small but cozy cafe. The exterior was painted in plain khaki. On the foot of the brick wall were concrete boxes filled with green plants. On the top was glow in the dark neon green letters which formed the name of the cafe- Coffee and Arts. It was simple on the outside but once you step in you would want to stay forever. “Now I know why it wasn’t familiar. It’s a cafe for average people.” Her words were perfectly crafted with consonants of humiliation and vowels of boast.

Her Saving Grace

Her Saving Grace

It was now Saturday and I was at the cafe. It was just a few minutes to six and for the moment, business was slow. There hadn't been any customers for the passed half and hour and the small amount that were in here had already gotten served. Because I didn't have anything to do, I made myself busy with the task of wiping down the counter. I was finished and had just washed my hands, when the bell over the door indicated a new customer. I looked up at the person and saw that it was Carson. He came into the cafe and sat at a booth near the window. I took up my ordering pad and walked over to him.

The Billionaire and his PA

The Billionaire and his PA

Cassie POV As I walked through the front door of The Bean House, the tiny bell attached to the door rang out. I was immediately hit by the smell of fresh coffee and newly baked pastries. The café was decorated with varying hues of brown, white, and yellow. The seats in the middle parts of the café were arranged in groups of twos and threes around circular tables. The seats closer to the walls and corners of the café were arranged in booths with the chairs having bright yellow cushioning. Various handing and potted plants littered the café giving it the feeling of a cutesy cottage. The floorboards shone as they had probably been freshly mopped and polished. A chalkboard situated directly oppo

I Alone

I Alone

Chey cuts me a sad little square of toast and half a sausage l**k to sample. "Don't be greedy now! You got to share with the little ones." The man laughs and Chey cracks up with him. We sample our food and praise Linda's handiwork and Calvin's suggestion. Linda and Calvin Ironstone's "The Vintage Cafe". I make a mental note. The name is short and sweet, just like the adorable little lady who creates such great food.
