They stopped before me, the engines coming off one after the other. Henrique Crimson Sparrow took off his helmet, his short strawberry blonde visible under the full moon's light. He had a scar running down his chin. He smiled, stepping off his bike. “You nuts have a death wish, Xavier? Coming here alone?” I smiled back, a cold smile devoid of any humor. “Who says I’m alone?” Henrique Crimson Sparrow looked confused, and looked around the space. Henrique followed my movements with his eyes. Then, the forest came to life.

He threw punches too and his strength seemed to have overcome that of Viktor. Reagan had somehow kicked Viktor to the floor, throwing punches after punches, even when blood splattered, Reagan never stopped. Until... " Stop!" A voice cut sharp through his ears and his fist stopped midway. He looked behind him, seeing Madam Casey and her daughter walking towards them. " On your feet, both of you." Her command vibrated through, everyone stepped aside. Reagan and Viktor got up, each staggering as they tried to control their stability and temper. Madam Casey looked at both of them. Her sharp siren eyes trailed mostly towards Reagan.

(THE WOODS – WEREWOLVES) "Where and when are we holding the ceremony?" Alpha Ronnie Hono asked his beta, David, as they walked through the forest. "When I went to the Seer—" David started as he walked to lean on a tree. "What did he say?" Ronnie interrupted him, already feeling bad news coming up. David looked into the wind and spoke lightly, "He urges us to wait. He claims that…" he paused, not knowing how to deliver the last bit of news.

I am not a bad, Miss Gorgeous healer.” The man that I saved was too funny; I don't know why I felt secure in him, but I know that his intention was pure. I discovered that the man I saved was Hector Sergio, the younger son of the Lycan King, but he promised to protect me whatever it caused. "Drop your weapon, Hector. You will face the gallows for high treason." Hector looked at Gideon, then at me, a twisted, maniacal smile spreading across his pale lips. "I won't die on your gallows, Gideon," Hector whispered. Before Gideon or I could close the distance, Hector reached into his dark coat and pulled out a small, glass vial filled with a swirling, pitch-black liquid. With a frantic, hysterical shriek, he smashed the glass against his own teeth and swallowed the dark shadow-elixir whole.

Paps, however, stepped forward. “We move tonight, then?” “Yes,” Torre and Trigger said at the same time. They glanced at one another and smiled, the same sinister smile curving across both of their lips. Torre nodded graciously, and Trigger continued alone.

I whispered and he nodded, seeming content to have made his points- threats clear. “Okay.” He mimicked in a deep monotone and I got the jitters again. I didn’t even know how he was addressed! “W-what is your name?” I tried, looking anywhere but his face. “Hector.” The Lycan beast deadpanned, and then he turned and left the room, the click of the door engaging behind him as the cave fell to silence.
