The Seniors had been told to write a feature on a prominent figure in Monarchcrest. Now that every major conflict in Ledger's life had reached its resolution. Cassie had decided it was time to submit her dissertation. Her name and title were clear on the front page: “From Suspension to Redemption: The Ledger Rivers Story.” She took a quiet breath before knocking.

Cassidy's smile slipped when she set her blue, almost ocean-like colored eyes on me. I had been standing behind Eric on purpose so she had noticed me when Eric walked into the house. 'No matter how much you are dressed up, you are still the same pig that was picked from the slum. How is it possible to wear a designer gown and still look that ugly? Yuck!' " Have their details sent to me, have both of them fired from wherever they work, and let them learn the hard way, ban any company from hiring them," I said and went back to being disorganized.
