I must do my objective here first. at last, now here in the History section. unlike the books from other shelves who has the same way of oldness in them, the books in the History section has different stages of being old. some are really worn out and some where just fairly new. grabbing a random book, I skimmed through the pages, wanting to know what era or year this was written, or what year did the content of the book happened. but the book only talked about the happenings of the coronation of the King Youseff Troy Von Travensky and Queen Violetta Suzette Perues. grabbing another book, i skimmed again but it was not the one i was looking for, ‘Maybe i should go for the newer ones.’

"Because it hasn't been written yet." He carefully opened the heavy cover. The pages inside were completely empty. "What is it for?" Cassian smiled. "This will become the Book of Generations." The apprentices exchanged puzzled looks. He continued. "Too often, history remembers only rulers and battles." He rested his hand gently upon the first page. "I want this book to remember everyone."

She removed a book covered in cracked blue leather. The silver design stamped into the center caught the lamplight. A crescent curved around a small circle. My breath stopped. It matched the setting around my moonstone. Professor Mansfield carried the book to a narrow table near the doorway. “How old is it?” Chrissy asked. “No one knows precisely. This copy is believed to be at least eight hundred years old, but portions were taken from texts much older than that.” She placed it down carefully. “What does the symbol mean?” I asked.

It should be in volume four, right?" he murmured to himself while checking the shelf like a crazy scientist trying to prove his theory. "Aha!" Here it is." He retrieved the remaining volumes and laid them on the table before us. While we looked at him and the books, I was too shaken to speak.
