Centuries Book Novels & Stories

Hi! My novel, 'From The 28th Century' had reached 100+ chapters which I did not expect. I just wanna say that I'm not good at writing romance stories, so the romance here might be a little off. I'm still learning and hope I could achieve writing a romance story. :)))) Everything about this story was all of my imaginations, so it is quite different from the other cultivation stories. This is my first story and I cannot promise that this would be a perfect novel. I admit there are tons of mistakes, but I would do my best to improve.

He smirked and looking at his arrogant smirk all my thoughts turned into disgust. “Why did you call me here?”, I asked. He went towards a table and picked up 7 books and handed them to me. I looked at him all confused. “Now that you are my healer you will be going with me into a new era tomorrow. That will be your first era. These are the books of that era, and you must finish reading them all by tonight.”, he said. I looked at the book and it said, ‘Joseon period’. We are going to ancient Korea. Thinking about it made me feel happy. I always liked reading about the history of Korea.

Before we returned to the hotel, Curtis bought me a few books he said would keep me busy during his conference calls. I wanted to gag at the sight of what he had selected. Why did I let him buy his own selection? Right. Because I wasn’t much of a reader. I knew nothing about books—but I also knew at first glance that a self help book published in 1825 was not going to interest me. I checked the others and realized the latest one was published in 1850. Was my husband reincarnated from the nineteenth century? Well, that was the only choice I had. Either that or try to listen in on his conference call. Knowing it wasn’t going to be of much help, I opened the first book.

Her back and joints were stiff, her eyes were hurting from the non-stop reading, and she had already sneezed way too many times from the dust. The book she was reading now was a huge, oversized volume with thick leather binding, cracked along the spine. It probably weighed ten pounds, and was at least twelve inches wide and long. She had it opened to the middle of the book, and each page she turned crackled with age. The pages were thick, so much thicker than those of modern books, and yellow with age.
