Chapter 13 Alexander POV Once I step out of the pack house, I directly head into the woods while my feet increase their pace unknowingly. I inhale the earthly smell while walking and feel the beast inside me freeing himself. The shackles that have bound both my anger and inner beast finally starts breaking as I find myself alone with the nature. My mom’s words ring inside my head like an alarm and an angry growl rips from my chest.

Where was he taking me? Minutes turned into eternity as we ventured deeper into the forest, the familiar landscape becoming less recognizable.
