He shook his head, "Nah, I'm just having a few thoughts." "Like?" "Like... Why is it that there is always a change in your character? I can't help but feel that very soon you'd switch on me and return to your shell. It's getting draining." My mouth fell open but I didn't have words to say. "No, it's not like that, I promise you." I grabbed his hands, trying to make him understand. "I sincerely don't know why I act that way sometimes. It's probably a stupid thing that I do when I internalize stuff. If they don't make sense to me, I just recede into my shell."

Arianna POV. I came back home angrier than ever, I actually believed he's going to come, but I'm crazy, crazy enough to fall in love with a creature of my own imagination, Scar is only a creature of my imagination, he's just a monster that lives in my head and I need to stop this, stop sleeping just to meet up with him, to fall for him, all that got to stop.

Tell me who you like so far, your favorite character or your worst. Well since the character's are still developing I would say I like Archie because Callisto isn't going to kill an innocent child she raised.

Could be a rogue shifter with a tragic backstory.” He makes a face. “Can you not say the words ‘tragic backstory’ like they’re an aphrodisiac?” I grin. “Could be a dark sorcerer with a redemption arc.” He groans. “Scarlett.” “Could be a librarian with strong forearms,” I continue my musings. “Oh my gods—stop.” I cackle, falling back into the grass again. “You’re just like Dad.” Chris scoffs. “That’s low.” It’s not. Our dad is awesome. “But accurate,” I tease.

someone asked. “I think I do…” “Do you have the main character?” “The main character…” I started thinking. I wanted him to be a serial killer. A cold, twisted and incredibly intelligent man. Someone with a dark soul, but someone irresistible. The kind of guy who’d make anybody lose their heads and hearts. Handsome and tempting brunet with a pale white skin and cold deadly stare… And then it hit me. I’d just described the guy from the supermarket! My perfect main character.

On one of my readings, I saw the word headache and the main character in the book was complaining of it. I stand up abruptly from the bed and stare into space. The recap of what transpired at the shopping mall just can’t evacuate its space in my head. I can’t help but ponder on it. But what if it turned out to be Liam or anyone from my pack, what would I have done? Now fear grips me because what if it is what I am fearing, how would I have explained it to Harley? I just hope she doen find out someday. Surely I won’t be telling her so I don’t lose her as a friend and so she doesn’t rat me out to the humans. I stand up and walk to my mirror and gloat at it. Kaden was handsome. Very, very handsome. But somehow, the more I stared at him, the more I could still notice some features on his handsome face that kind of reminded me of Kieran... Especially his nose.... and his eyes.... Were they? No no no... It couldn't be. I shook my head and chuckled. I must be imagining things. Kaden and Kieran were two different beings with different characters. Kieran was a monster, a horrible cruel being, while Kaden was a sweetheart even though he was sometimes annoying.

So as plot wise, everything comes spontaneously and I slowly edit as I go but, when it comes to character arks, well it's mostly based on my own experience with love. See, I'm a big introvert, always have been, but my friends, family and the man who I'm honored to affectionately call my lover have taught me how to be myself and open up to the world. In other words, I was once a lot like Ava; shy, hidden, always afraid of what others think. Yet, just like all things, I learned to evolve and grow as a person, I learn something new every day with my family.
