The twins immediately went to the dungeon. The rescuers have easily defeated Maximilian's vampire and leave him with a great lost when it comes to the fighter plus he wasn't able to win Mira and stripped Brianna if her powers.

She picked herself up again but the door was blocked by him bringing her to a halt as she looked back and forth, realizing the two men were identical twins. They were tall, muscular, and had dark hair like a wolf mane, their skin was also dark and shiny. Their eyes were piercing blue and for a moment Ivelle was awed by this beauty and seemed to have melted in her world. “You shouldn’t be running around you know.” One of them said taking a step towards her with a mixture of surprise and concern. “It’s a good thing you’re finally awake. “Are you alright?” The other twin asked, although his tone was gentle, his gaze was dark and domineering, sending. Chills down her spine. “You had us worried.”

"Speak your terms." The vampire smiled, showing fangs. "Surrender the twins, Thelma and Theo Rivers, to our custody. They possess blood that belongs to vampire kind by ancient right. Give them to us, and we depart peacefully. Refuse, and we take them by force, along with the lives of every wolf in this territory." Gasps rippled through the crowd. I felt cold dread settle in my stomach. "What claim do you have on them?" Celeste demanded. "Their Alpha bloodline stems from a vampire-wolf hybrid born five centuries ago. By ancient law and blood contract, all descendants of that union belong to the vampire covens. The twins must be surrendered for appropriate training and integration into vampire

The vampire proved to be not only formidable, but a true force of nature. The confusion in the twins' eyes gave way to belated understanding, and a wave of pride, mixed with a touch of apprehension, washed over them. The companion they had disdained, ignoring the bond because they considered her weak, revealed herself to be a fierce and undeniably powerful adversary. Paul and Peter realized they were in a tremendous mess, and a sense of panic began to creep into their minds. Mia, now back in her human form, watched the twins' stunned faces as Maya remained seated on Tiffany. With a mixture of amusement and indignation, she slapped each of them on the head, saying firmly:

“And when the time comes… when it hurts… when the change feels like fire ripping through you, remember this: I chose your Lycans myself. When I was pregnant, the Moon Goddess let me choose. She gave me a gift few ever receive.” The boys stared at her, stunned. Phoenix blinked. “You chose our Lycans?” She nodded slowly. “I chose them from a vision—powerful, ancient spirits. The first of their kind, born under the same celestial forces as you. The twins were speechless. “You’ll love them,” Aurora whispered. “Because they’re yours. And because I believe with everything in me… that I chose perfectly.” Seris moved forward then, slipping between her brothers and hugging them tightly.

Ready to judge and laugh at our humiliation. I stepped forward,my legs were shaking. The silver chains burned. Not from any magic spell but from shame.Because just across the dais stood them. The Alpha twins.Damon and Darian Darkthorn. Damon had ice blue eyes, his hair was black.his jaw was carved from winter.he was cruel.cold.He was the one who commanded armies,He won wars.he was the real definition of power. Darian had the same face but his eyes where warmer. He was a fraction of softer.he once saved me from male stray wolves when were were just pups. But he doesn’t seem to remember that. But I will always do.

"What did you want me to say? I'm sorry, could you just give us a bit longer so my mate can torture the girl a little longer?" "I don't know!" He hissed. The sound of his heavy breathing filled the room; a small slither of satisfaction wormed its way into my mind, hearing the fear in these vamp's voices. A part of me wanted to break my ruse and look up at them to see the terror on their faces. "You know he won't go for it. Plus, from what he said, it's the Azure twins he wants taken care of! Perhaps he will let you keep her!" She explained, making my blood run cold.

She was making sure it was done deep enough to make it extremely painful. I could tell that it was easier to do this than to look at his face because that face would cause her to rip out his throat before we got our answers. “The goal was to accomplish what my brother failed to do,” he spat out, clenching his jaw against the pain. That would explain why he looked like a replica of the sick fuck. It also appeared that they had the same gift. Gifts, for vampires, were often inherited just like they were for wolves. Identical twins either had similar gifts or the same one. It was the same way Felicity and Felicia in our Cabinet had similar gifts. One could see the future while one could see the

My wolf suddenly stirred within me for the second time today, my world freezing before me. "Mate," we both muttered together. How can this be? I had two mates, a vampire and a werewolf. My legs wobbled and gave out, the werewolf rushing to catch me in his arms, the vampire standing beside him and that was when I saw it. The uncanny resemblance and their mark. "Kitten, are you ok?" The vampire asked, looking worried but I felt too weak to answer, my eyes shutting closed. Not only were they my mates. They were twins.

I had survived on the streets by reading the exact moment an orphan or a thug was trying to play me, and Bree was definitely a good actress… I knew that from experience. But the sheer, visceral vehemence in her voice right now was completely confounding. She didn't look like a liar caught in a trap; she looked like a person who genuinely believed the words coming out of her mouth. I turned my head to look at Ford and Fabian, expecting to see their Alphas flaring with a mutual rage to break her down. Instead, I froze. The twins weren't angry anymore. In fact, both of their faces had gone completely blank, their brows furrowing as they stared across the table at their cousin.
