In this Dark World, I have no one, No family, No friends, No love, and No father. When my father heard about me, becoming a murderer. He collapsed on the ground, outside of the lock-up and never stood up. He is still sleeping in heaven, looking at me, praying for my safety with my mother. Your Honour! Lawyers! And court person, You all know that the Dark world has beasts, Monsters, Devils, Demons, and Hades but they are old now and only appear in fairytales. Do you know why? because Humans are worse than them.

Edgar did not play with his words. "Help!" shouted Elissa from behind the dolls that covered her face. "Nope. Not until you promise to kiss me!" "Yes, I will keep my promise. But I can't kiss you with this many dolls. Besides, you smell fishy from the eels." "Promise?" "Yes, my husband. But you have to take a shower first!" Edgar grinned. Bath? That word meant a lot to him. Without waiting any longer, he helped Elissa lift all the presents and put them in the car.

“Okay, so he hates Christmas...” Molly tapped her fingers on the edge of her kitchen sink, nodding in time with an upbeat rendition of Santa Claus Is Coming To Town. “Wait. Does he hate Christmas? Or does he just not understand Christmas?” Molly asked herself out loud while she finished drying off her final dish. The idea tickled her brain. “Wait, wait, wait. I’m getting something...” Molly suddenly dashed back towards her bedroom, scrambling for her phone. She scrolled through its screen until she pulled up an article she’d been reading last night before bed:

The winter wind blowing from the ocean was icy and piercing. Little by little, I scattered Noelle's ashes into the sea. I said softly, "Today is Christmas, Noelle. It's also the day you were born. I'm letting you return to the ocean."

Before I could figure out what was going on, a tall and slender woman approached Dylan and me. She locked arms with Dylan and shot me an irritated look, asking, "Who's this?" Dylan answered before I could even say a word, speaking in a tone that made it seem like we had coincidentally run into each other. "She's Blake's girlfriend. She came to look for him." The woman immediately dropped her guard and curiously gave me a once-over. She smiled sweetly and introduced herself as Trixie Ashford. She was Dylan's girlfriend, and she had returned to the country specifically to celebrate Christmas with him.

Whispers followed me everywhere. "I can't believe she's that kind of person." "The more innocent they look, the wilder they are." "That coat she's wearing? It's Chanel's latest. The rumors on the campus forum must be true." I retrieved my phone to check the campus forum. My entire body was shaking from anger. Sharon actually spread dirty rumors about me on the campus forum. I was still staring at its bright colored red and green ribbons when someone suddenly grabbed it, yanking it off its stand. Then two n***d sweaty bodies came crashing against the glass door.

“Your dad? The doctor?” ‎“The doctor, the legend, the man who thinks he’s too busy to have a social life. But I promise you, you’ll meet him on Christmas Eve. He’s hosting the holiday party this year.” Cami shrugged, totally unconcerned. “Anyway, he rushed back to the hospital. Hopefully, he didn’t accidentally run anyone over in the process.” ‎ ‎I shook the image of the rude, devastating stranger from my head. No way was that intense, dark-eyed man Cami’s dad. He had looked like a storm, not a family man hosting a party.
