EMBER Ember was supposedly in an engagement or contract or deal, something similar to any of that, with Zaire Langston Hughes. Even though it wasn't much, it still felt far fetched. It wasn't a lie that Ember sometimes refused to believe something even happened between them or he could even be attracted to someone like her. It all felt like a dream or just her imagination, hallucination, if that made sense. But it was there. Even though, she couldn't say it out loud or even pretend she cared even a little about it, it was there.

They are led to the throne room where the queen of the witches sits. A woman steps forward and approaches the group. “Hello Rex, welcome back and who are they? So I can introduce them to the queen? All bow lightly out of respect for the queen.
