However, Clarion had some talents after all. Harvey's attack simply caused his face to become swollen, but he no longer fell right into the ground. Clarion's expression darkened even more as he held his face. He never expected Harvey to ignore all the rules completely. When he attacked, he did not hesitate at all.

Mr. Storm These past few weeks have been the most stressful weeks in my life! Miss Gaard may have all qualities for an excellent PA. She is thorough, quick, sensible and independent. But she must be the most bungling person I have ever met. I have no idea how many near impotent situations I have had with a cup of coffee earlier in life, but since she became my PA there have been way too many.

Jack grouses at his sister, glaring at her. Andy turns in his seat to glare at his son. “Jack! You need to close your mouth right now and keep it closed! I will not say it again.” Andy is growing annoyed with the children, that much is plain to see. It is already dark outside and it is starting to sprinkle rain. Andy has the windshield wipers on, but it mostly just smearing the water across the window, making it even harder to see through. The kids fighting in the close quarters of the vehicle does not help the situation any, either.

Wolfgang Sturm: Screaming as I am thrown from some sort of light, I look down as I fall. I see some buildings and immediately activate my claws. Sharp claws shoot out from my fingers. Digging them into the building, I'm able to catch myself. "Where am I? What is this place and what's that smell?"

"The resemblance is remarkable, but surely fate would not be so poetic." My blood turned to ice in my veins, but I forced myself to look confused rather than terrified. "I am sorry? I do not understand what you mean." "But then again." He pulled back slightly, studying my face with predatory focus. "I could smell your traitorous stench from a mile away. That scent never changes, no matter how much perfume you drown yourself in." The champagne flute slipped from my suddenly numb fingers. It hit the marble floor with a crystal crash that seemed to echo through the entire ballroom.

A goddamn assistant professor! Clara shut her mouth as if to cage her tongue. She needed to cut this short if she was to leave her with a few brain cells left, "Good morning Mr Storme." She caught a smirk but she blinked and it was gone and so were his hands, hidden beneath his armpit as he folded them, causing his biceps to bulge. Oh Lord! Today just wasn't her day! This time she was sure she saw it before it disappeared. The bastard knew he made her uncomfortable!

Stormy jumped around moving 360 degrees like the superheroes in the movies he liked to watch. The dark wolf-beast approached us with large strides. Stormy coughed over and over, suffocated from both the smoke and the darkness in the overwhelming aura of the beast. Darkness surrounded us. Stormy glanced to the sides frantically, he couldn’t see a sparkle of light coming through. There was no blue point in the sky above. We were blinded by absolute darkness – like a night with no stars, like death itself. My wolf closed his eyes, unable to move, and braced himself, ready to receive the lethal hit.

As the rain intensified, Carmine discreetly edged towards the exit, his eyes darting between me and Clyde. My pleas fell on deaf ears as Clyde's expression hardened even further. The rain seemed to mirror his anger, each droplet hitting the ground with a resounding thud. I could feel the walls closing in around me, the weight of my mistake pressing heavily on my shoulders. “Clyde, please... I never wanted things to turn out like this.” Clyde's laughter filled the place, echoing with a chilling intensity. His maniacal laughter seemed to stretch on endlessly, each burst more sinister than the last. “HA HA HA...”

“Because the real storm… is coming. And we will face it together.” Clara smiled, shivering in both exhaustion and anticipation. Whatever came next, she knew they would meet it as one — fire and storm, tethered and unstoppable.
