Even from here, I could see he was intimidated by Devon’s predatory stance, but he held his ground. "Your attention is needed at the Council Chamber. Now. I was told to get you immediately." "I will be there!" Devon snapped, his patience frayed to a single thread.

He asked angrily, "Who are you?" Kye ignored him and turned to look at Yankee with a smile. He said politely, "Don't panic, Your Majesty. And you don't have to worry. I'm Kye Deleon from the Heaven Deviation Path. No one is going to hurt you with me around." His voice was not loud but strong and assertive. What? Usman was infuriated. He was also shocked.
