The streetlights lining the driveway illuminated the flags clearly as the symbol came fully into view. My lips parted before I could stop myself. “Riverwoods Pack…” Alpha Dreadlock’s eyes immediately shifted toward me. “What did you say?” At first, I thought I had been mistaken when I recognized the flag attached to one of the convoys. But I wasn’t. The symbol embroidered on the flag…. The room erupted into laughter along with the boss. “Yes Cartwright, this vaccine was stolen. Headquarters are under the impression that it is going to be used as a weapon.” The Colonel answered abruptly, sighing loudly. There was a long pause in the room, signalling that there were no more questions. “Dismissed,” the Colonel announced before standing up from the table and leaving the room. The men sat chatting and laughing whilst Archer followed the Colonel out. He was making his way to his office, “Sir?” Archer called after him. “Yes, Archer?” He answered with a sigh of exhaustion.
