We share more conversation until someone else walks in and my world turns into a nightmare. “Ms. Connors I will like you to meet my second in command Mark Ellis” The minute my eyes lock with him, it is like something takes over me, everything that happened to me comes back and hits me like a thousand-pound sledgehammer. I shrink back like I am being electrocuted.

She said and he stood up from the bed hurriedly. "You were the one who wanted to be marked. Not me. With time, I will think about it. And also, if you mark me against my will, you will have your tiny skull to blame." He said, moving towards the bathroom. Even though she was happy that he marked her, she did not want their night to be like this. She exhaled and laid back on the bed as sleep too over her. Connor could not sleep throughout the remaining night so he joined the pack patrols to look around the border. He knew they knew that he already marked the Luna and that was what gave him huge inconvenience.
