But suddenly. “Mommy, Daddy.” A cry from a little girl echoes right in front of him and from the other end of the bridge. The night that is deep and quiet makes the crying echoes. The burning cars in front of them and the smell of intoxicating burns are raising. He stops crying, now pitying the little girl that just got his attention. He turns his gaze in front and saw the little one dressed in red, full of wounds, and crying hard. Her cheeks are red from crying and her nose seems to swell because of the same reason. The lights from the bridge made him see her clearly, or perhaps he is only seeing himself from her.

Their cackles increased, as they called me a cry baby, singing it with delight. Bittered, I ran away, crying out in pains.

I heard her voice . "Rosey, Rosey where are you Rosey, Rosey!" I kept on calling her out to her but I couldn't hear her any more. I just wish she would call out to me again. Just once and I know I would look for her to find her. Please Rosey just call out to me once more. I will save you my Rosey please just once. I didn't even realize that my eyes had already begun tearing up. I'm I really crying? Before now I couldn't even remember when last I cried but this is too much for me to handle.

I come back and situate myself, legs tucked in and play the movie. I watched till the part where Mei-lei and four towns started to sing, "nobody like you" and I couldn't help the tears that threatened to flow as I listened to the lyrics. When they sang the part that said, "I'm never gonna let you cry, oh cry, oh cry. I'm always gonna be your ride, or die, or die," the water works started. With each words, tears flowed as I put a spoonful of ice cream in my mouth, blubbering the lyrics.

Just then we hear small whimpering, Fred and I turn, we see Roy fold up in a corner. "Royale?" Fred calls. He raises his head and see Fred, his big blue eyes has turned red and his whole face wet like he's being crying for a long time. He stands up and jumps into Fred's arms. "Uncle Fred!" He whimpers. He cries loudly as Fred rubs his back. "Roy, don't cry, young men don't cry" Fred tells him. "Mummy.....big car..... mummy and Aunt.... blood....plenty of blood...." Roy cries.

I gave that up. I close my eyes, desperate not to let the tears filling them escape. I fail. They slip out, trail down my cheeks, fall from my face. I hold in the sob for as long as I can, lips quivering, chesttrembling, hands balled into fists. But I lose that battle too. The cry wretches itself up my throat, over my tongue, past my lips. At the last moment, I turn it into a scream. "Ah!!"

Her arms stretched wide, her tear-filled eyes never leaving her twin's horrified expression as she fell backward, disappearing into the river's depths. "Nooooooo!" Cherry screamed, the sound echoing through the air. "Ixoooooraaaaaa! Pleeeeease!" A single tear trickled down her cheek. . . .
