Red, the final book in the color series. Following the events of Book 1, Green had completely changed into a different person. She was no longer a vampire but a being who had the blood of Werewolves, Vampires, Witches and Dragons. The powers she had obtained coupled with the loss of her mate and the anxieties of being a mother to destined twins was enough to make her twisted. On one hand, she dearly craved revenge for her mate and on the other, she wanted to be a good mother.

Levi said in a whisper voice Azrael and Lexi both jumped down from the vent following Levi. What welcomed them was the stinky dungeon. The stench of body odor and dried blood lingers through the air and Azrael was just trying her best not to vomit. The smell made them nauseous but determination took over. They all looked through the cells of the dungeon. They were wolves from the Crimson Crest pack, lying down without strength. At first glance you might think they are dead but they are not. They are only covered with their own blood and sweat but they are still breathing… barely alive.

She smiled, “her wolf is one that needs a strong human, not just anyone can control Crimson.” My eyes darted to her and then back to the road, “Crimson, as in blood, fire and brimstone, that type of Crimson?” She sat up straight, “why would you think like that and not that it is just the color red.” I shrugged, “Angel remember, I always think that type of stuff first,” I gave her a shy smile. She nodded, “it doesn’t matter, Crimson is gone with her, unless she is now with someone who didn’t have a wolf.”

Crimson let out a sharp, pathetic grunt, stumbling backward into a row of wooden chairs as thick crimson blood instantly sprayed from his nostrils, covering his mouth and chin. He snarled, his eyes flashing a dangerous, bright amber as his inner wolf violently pushed to the surface, and he lunged back at me in a blind rage. We crashed hard into the solid stone wall, a brutal, chaotic scuffle breaking out as the other Alphas jumped out of their chairs to get out of the way.
