My only saving grace was that the door was wide open, so I doubted he’d try anything. “Are you ok Miss Cross?” he questioned. Something clicked for me. “How do you know my name?” “It’s on the register,” he replied. I raised an eyebrow at him. “Except it says Hunt on the register.” He scratched the back of his neck, bringing my attention to his delicious arms. “Lucky guess?” There was something strange going on here, but I ignored it as I smirked, walking up to him. “Mr Cage whose full name I don’t know, you’re coming off as a stalker right now.”

**Aurora** I stood in the hotel lobby like a lost child as I took in the scene before me. “Jason?” My voice cracked despite my feeble attempt to sound strong. He turned, and the color drained from his face the moment he recognised me. “A–Aurora?” he stammered. The blisters have already healed, but some evidence of the coffee assault remains, my shifter healing working overtime to repair the damage. “Don’t go there,” Cal chuckles, shooting me a smug smirk as he slides out of the back seat of my Ford Raptor, parked alongside Alec and Dare’s truck at the lodge. He reaches back in to grab our bags of snowboard gear, hauling them out. “He got into it with his girl this morning and he’s still salty as fuck.”

While arranging the products on the shelves, Roman called me from outside. "Cara, Colin left these for us." roman said. "What's that?" I asked. Colin's flight was today, and how thoughtful he is to drop by just to give us food. "Pizza," he said. We ate the pizza outside since there were no customers yet. "Can I have some?" Austin suddenly appeared. I almost got choke when I feel his presence beside me. "Are you okay?" he asked me as his hands were in my shoulder as if he was massaging it.
