Crossed Out Words Romane & Geschichten

Across the bottom, written in the same handwriting as the note inside my pocket, were seven words that made every answer we'd found feel meaningless. This isn't the first time they erased you.

What was written on them wasn't medicine names. Numbers. Names. All crossed out. Ink faded to dead brown. 78.3%. 82.1%. 76.9%. 91.4%. The names varied. Some Omega. Some Beta. Some just code, nothing but letters and digits. Every single one struck through. The force of the lines had bitten into the wood, some of the paper punctured clean through. So he tells them that maybe they should choose words that look like they got a connection with the sentence. They then discuss the words that they're going to use. It was not taking a long time for that and they decided that the words that they're going to use are 'Dream, happy, smart, and game.' There are just 4 words that they need to try so it will be easy for them. They then try using the word 'Dream' first since it was the only word that make the sentence sounds like it was good. Hikari then take out the tablet and try to unlock the password with the words 'Dream'

I leaned against the door slightly, elbow propped, head resting against my hand. No one had access to this car, except her. Some I recognized, others were smaller firms, a few mid-tier advertising houses. Each name had been crossed out. Sometimes with one clean line. Sometimes scribbled out like the writer was irritated and dissatisfied. It was like watching someone chase a dream and kill it with every stroke of a pen.

Kara's POV: Once he finishes cleaning up the mess--by himself, I start to draft a text to Jack, but frankly I have no clue what to say. Get the fuck out of my house, weirdo; What about "break up" don't you get?; or maybe the infamous read notification? That never works. I just have to deal with him in person... sadly.
