She finally asked the question that the moon goddess had wanted her to ask for a long time. "I just wanted to give it to you" Moon goddess raised her hand, and out of thin air, a crown started forming in her hand. It is the same colour as Ryan's and has the same whitish-blue crystal between it. It is delicate and elegant, but still, Aadhya can feel the power radiating from it.

At the center stood a structure that made the breath catch in Aria’s throat. A crown. Not a symbol. Not ceremonial. Real. Forged of black metal veined with gold, suspended above a stone pedestal by nothing at all. It hovered, unmoving, humming with restrained power. Damien swore quietly. “That’s not possible,” Serel whispered. “The Crown is above us.” Aria shook her head. “That’s a shadow. An anchor.” She stepped forward before anyone could stop her. The air shifted immediately. The hum deepened. The symbols flared brighter, casting jagged light across the chamber walls. "Y—You actually possess such immense, divine power!" My lips curl into a mocking smirk as the completely shredded remains of my shirt fall away from my upper body, revealing my heavily muscled, bare physique to the entire room. A dark, terrifyingly majestic tattoo of a black dragon with glowing red eyes is coiled tightly across my chest, its primal design incredibly vivid and lifelike against my skin.

The sight of her, resplendent in her multicolored fur, with the unmistakable marking of a pizza slice tattoo etched upon her shoulder, down to her belly, stirred something within him. In that moment, he knew with a certainty that resonated deep within his soul—she was the one. The chosen vessel through which the goddess would deliver salvation to their land which was about to be polluted by corrupt power. With the crescent moon emblazoned upon her forehead, she stood as a beacon of hope in the encroaching darkness, a symbol of the ancient power that coursed through her veins.

The low groan that leaves his lips sends a hot wave of need straight through me. The tips of my fingers drift over the ink that brands his skin. It begins on the right side of his ribcage before wrapping around his back. The shield is divided into four sections of red and black color. A large golden lion stands on its hind legs in the middle. On top of the shield sits a golden crown. The detail is gorgeous and intricate.

What had once been a faint discoloration had deepened into something unmistakable. A crescent curved along the side of my neck just below my jaw, its edges soft and blurred like a bruise blooming beneath the skin. The color settled into shades of deep indigo and muted violet, darker toward the outer arc, where the shape sharpened into faint, clawed ridges. The curve looked almost like a storm-wind sweeping across my throat. At the center of the crescent, a narrow lightning vein cut downward. It was thin, jagged, pale silver against the darker tones surrounding it. Not bright enough to glow, but bright enough that the shape stood out sharply if someone looked closely.

He bent his head and tongued the tattoo on her right butt cheek. India sucked in a quick breath. Then he turned his head and tongued the tattoo on her left butt cheek. Another hissing intake of air. Colt flattened his tongue and dragged it up and down her spine, over the infinity symbol—two long, twisted black lines—a tattoo that started above her butt and ended at the gigantic butterfly spread between her shoulder blades. No traditional tramp stamp for his India. Her skin was a canvas; every marking on her was a work of art.

I bite my lip as I take in his bare chest, the tattoos on him look like they were inked by a god. Each of his existing tattoos are flawless, the one that catches my attention every time is the crown tattoo, I have never seen any like it. The crown has a flame where the biggest stone on it should be placed and it burns brightly in my vision everytime I see it, as if it were a 4D tattoo. I always feel like I have seen it somewhere before, like I know what it represents and I have the clean sheet to the history of the tattoo on my fingertips but it slips away everytime. My second favourite is his sleeve tattoo, it is a tribute to his sisters.
