The Substitute Villainess

The Substitute Villainess

There was a loud ' SCREE' followed by an ugly squelching sound and the tongue reappeared . It was just that it had a huge drooperworm in his mouth ( * dooperworm is an imaginative worn with white slimy body like that of an earthworm) . The drooperworm were really hard to found in the capital , not only did they liked dark , dingy places , they were hard to keep with their body that resembled the size of a child miniature toy car .

I've only read 15 chaps so far, but this is a good piece. Though I think it needs a bit editing, but it's still a loveable story. I love the MC and her personality, more to rational and realistic. Hope MC won't end with the prince or other 'fishes', but still have her happy ending. Good job, Author~

Ghost Of My Heart

Ghost Of My Heart

It stood on two hind legs as it smoked a cigar that released bubbles instead of smoke. On top of its head, there were furry little hornets with colourful wings. They flew around and collected the bubbles. The bubbles were then tossed into a portal that was as big as their size. They were only the size of a human thumb. Jennet was in awe as she enjoyed watching those tiny creatures doing their jobs. She adored their cuteness! Her intense ane voiceless stare drew unwanted attention from the hornets. They became anxious. Luckily, the green-back turtle noticed their discomfort.

I’m only on chapter 14, but so far I really like it... ...️ There’s a lot of chapters, 183 total so far, so I don’t see myself catching up anytime soon. Either way, I’m sure I’ll enjoy the journey till the end!

Curse of the Wolves

Curse of the Wolves

I recognized the sickly-sweet scent of decay clinging to its curved body. This skeletal creature was the one that had been hunting Draco and me days ago. Its beady eyes, sunken into its head, were trained on me. The twisted horns growing from its skull were bloody, caked with bits of flesh that made my stomach turn. A flat tongue, wide at the base and skinnier towards the tip, flicked out of its mouth and revealed a set of grotesque teeth. They were chipped and cracked, some sharpened into fine points that made my entire body ache.

The Book is Amazing! No need to debate, It's Jane of course it will be a masterpiece! I'm always fascinated in a multiple fated mates, aside from It's spicy lol, It also shows why someone is mated to many. Like what Orion said, Blakely fits them three; she can juggle Azrael's chaotic nature,...

I normally hate to spend the amount of money needed to finish the story faster. Because honestly I don’t buy real books for 50. Bucks. However, I really liked this story so I caved so bad. The characters are engaging and I really hated to see it end. Azrael will always be a sweet memory. Great work

Meanwhile, the rest of the group finishes their breakfast, ensuring their bellies are filled for the journey ahead. After their meal, each merman gathers their personal belongings, securing their packs onto their backs. These packs contain essential items, including a bed roll, a change of clothes, two small meal rations, and a capsule of air for emergency situations. Additionally, they all carry a shell whistle, a handy device that emits a distinct sound when water is forced through it. This whistle allows them to signal their location without expending precious breath, ensuring their safety and facilitating communication in case they get separated.

The Merman, My Man

The Merman, My Man

The bones of the creepy creature were crushed within a second. I could finally have a clearer view of the creature now. It was not a sea snake, and it didn’t have a brain either. Instead, the creature looked exactly like a pelican eel. Its mouth occupied most of its body size, and it had three layers of sharp teeth inside. The creature opened and shut its mouth weakly as it struggled. It was only an inch away from Dicken’s face a while ago. Dicken’s handsome face would have probably been badly disfigured if it had bitten him.

I don't think I was prepared for what I clicked on, but the concept and execution of the the story, white possibly triggering for some, the story actually has great promise! I want to know more about what the old lady said in the dream as well as what happens to Linda.

Fun of a Lifetime

Fun of a Lifetime

At the peak, a sea cucumber sneezed and the starfish that was inching up the side answered, “Gods bless you.” If Michael weren’t missing and the situation so dire, Logan was sure he’d never believe what he was seeing. But the fact that he was swimming next to a mermaid, understanding fish and dolphins, hearing an echinoderm sneeze, well, Logan was finding his worldview severely skewed—and severely screwed.“Is there anything that doesn’t talk?” A crab saluted him from the opposite side of the sand mound, and Logan returned the gesture before realizing the thing was a crab. A pincer-bearing, toe-grabbing, butter-dippable crab.

Astral Odyssey: Dying Ember

SSSSSH. Some of them jumped at the sudden sound of sand being displaced. Something in the corner of Angie's field of vision caught her attention. A huge mole-like creature crawled out of the ground. Its nose looked alien with all its long thin tentacles writhing about. No one could locate its eyes among its dense fur, so they presumed it to be blind. Then, the mole-like creature disappeared into the ground as suddenly as it appeared, leaving behind a slight depression in the ground.

that with their proboscis, the tunneling worm didn't spit and just swallowed after munching a couple of seconds. "That's the grossest thing I've ever seen in my life…" He looked at them happily eating like that and felt the urge to throw up, he shook his heads and distracted himself by thinking about the names of his little monstrosities. "Let's see…banshee will be Earl E. Bird. The bee will be Beenedict Stingerback, the rhino will be Ben Dover, and tunneling worm will be Lorne Mowers. Yeah, perfect," The little worms finished their food and seemed happy about their names, David chuckled a bit and checked their stats, the maturity rose 2% after eating the crystal paste, and they didn't seem

Traveller Of Two Worlds

Andrea asked, adjusting her high-tech monocle. Captain Redd, a burly fisherman-turned-naval officer, grinned. “We’ve got a big one, ma’am. You’ll want to see this.” With a loud splash, the crane pulled up a Storm Serpent—a sea monster feared by sailors for centuries. It thrashed wildly, but the harpoons held firm. Engineers and biologists swarmed the deck, preparing to extract valuable materials. Andrea smirked. “Poor thing. It was born in the wrong era.”

Little Bob just looked at him and motioned for him to get in the boat. Wren climbed in the boat and looked at the creature tied to its side. Its skin was pink and slightly transparent with a smooth texture. It was coiled and looped where they had secured it to the boat, but Wren estimated it to be ten to twelve feet long. The mouth was different from what he had seen on any other creature before and reminded him of a lamprey. He also noticed that it had multiple holes in it. “So,” Wren began as he stepped out of the boat. “Who shot it?”
