A large table sat in the center, covered in maps, papers, graphs, and diagrams scattered like someone had been frantically working. The air smelled of old paper and something sharp, almost like blood. We crowded around the table, my eyes drawn to the strange drawings. The diagrams showed creatures,bhuman-like but wrong, with long fangs, or claws too sharp for any wolf. My breath caught as I read the handwritten notes: Hybridization Process: Wolf Blood Integration. Words like “vampire” and “Dracula strain” were scrawled everywhere, alongside charts about mixing wolf blood to create a hybrid, half wolf, half something monstrous.

Claire inwardly sighed in relief at the hidden meaning of her question. A werewolf's wolf appears through their eyes when they are struggling to come to the surface or when they crave for a run. Claire knew that wasn't the case for her, but she decided to play along with it. “Um, almost five days?” She asked a little unsure. “That's a long time for someone who just moved into a new pack! Your wolf itches to come out and know the unfamiliar place you're both living.” Claire wasn't aware of this new piece of information.

The following section presents the same woman now on her knees, her hands raised above her head as a full moon hangs brazenly above. Four white paws padded softly along the water’s edge, and the young werewolf was being extremely careful not to actually get his feet wet. Being a wolf was new to him, but he was determined not to let that show. He bent to lap gently from the water just as the full moon crested over the waterfall. The jet black fur on his head and back gleamed brightly as the moon rose high enough that her light slipped over the falls to illuminate the pool of water and the whole werewolf family at the bottom of it. In return, the red werewolf gave them a low growl. Instead of being scared, Alarick and Convel looked fascinated by the sight. The bloody color of the werewolf is shining as well as the two tails it keeps on swaying.

Alex opened his eyes, even though it was only lit by the light from the moon coming in through my bedroom window I could still see the color of his eyes. "What are they doing?" "Ah ... Werewolves are creatures that need a pack, just like a pack. And sometimes not having a pack can make the werewolf a little frustrated to the point of going crazy, rogues often attack pack members, even injure them. They are dangerous, Cara.
