Shh, Don't Tell Daddy
I groan and walk through, they are great guys, but they all treat me like a little girl, like their daughter.
“Your dad, and you remember your uncle Damon right?” I nod, how can I forget? Sure, it has been five years, but I remember him. I was what, seventeen when I last saw him? I don’t come home often and when I do, I don’t stay long.
“Like I could forget.” He is one of dad’s oldest friends, although my dad is fifty, and Damon is forty, he is still his best friend. We walk out, my eyes settling on my dad as his eyes widen.
