She stopped what she was doing and looked at me. “What is it?” She asked. “Damien called in sick this morning.” “Oh? That is so terrible, what's wrong with him?” she seemed genuine enough. “Not sure yet. But I told him to go see a doctor and spend some time recuperating at home.” The lies were easier than I had thought. “I hope he gets better. So who's going to go with me to school, I have an early lecture this morning.” her brows creased in confusion.

Damon’s POV Damon Montague sat across from Harrison Kendrick, his eyes locked on the older man's face. Kendrick's expression was calm, but Damon could see the tension in his shoulders. "So, Mr. Kendrick," Damon said, his voice smooth as silk. "I understand you're looking to make a deal." Kendrick nodded, his eyes narrowing. "I am. I want to expand my business, and I need your help to do it." Damon leaned back in his chair, steepling his fingers together. "I'm listening."

I grunted and stood up abruptly, forcing Neymar to let go, his eyes were hot and sweaty and I weirdly craved a taste. “I'm sorry” “It's okay, just know I won't stop trying” He said and moved into the bathroom and returned shortly,his bulge still engorged in the tiny fabric of his pants. He could see the flush on my cheeks. He could see the way my chest was heaving. He knew exactly what his father was doing to me under the table, and the sheer, helpless jealousy radiating off him was almost enough to make me dizzy. "It seems we’re missing one tonight," Arthur said casually, cutting into his meat. He didn't even glance at Leo. "My eldest son, Damian, decided to skip dinner. "Is she in a relationship with Harvest?" Damian glances at Luca, as if asking because Luca seems to know more about his people than Damian himself. "She's pretty private, so it's not really clear what she's thinking," Luca replied. "I'll just go there for now," Damian said as he got up from his seat. Damian seemed to be curious about what one of his subordinates was doing at Harvest's place. Even though Harvest wasn't an opponent, everyone knew how bad their relationship had gotten since Damian lost his chip, because he trusted Harvest back then.

I turned to walk away, then he interrupted my steps, as he said, “was that a yes?” “What?” I asked. “If I stop hurting people, would you move in immediately?” He asked. Before I could talk, Ashley's voice echoed as she called, “Janelle! Janelle!” Damian was ready to move towards Ashley, but I moved closer to stop him. “Stop!” I said. He looked at my lips and smiled. “You have nice lips,” he said and turned. “I’ll be expecting a reply tonight,” he said. “Also Janelle…how well do you trust this couple?,” he said before walking away. Alex turned to me and said, “the car engine is back on, and still fully tracked,” he then bowed and followed Damian.
