Also sunflowers are my favorite color so I'm not really drawn to yellow flowers.”

Anna rubbed Erin's hair, massaging her scalp by sticking her fingers into her hair. Erin sighed, eyeing the dandelion that was in her hand. It was beautiful just like her, but it was soon to wither away because it had separated from what gave it life and joy... Just like her. Erin picked herself up, clapping her hands to dust them. She read till midday, however, she could not find out anything that they didn’t already know. She found something that piqued her interest, underneath the loads of books and paperwork. There was a small article on a place called Deleria. It was a human kingdom. She read through and found out that it was the only human kingdom that had welcomed dragons. She got up from her seat and walked towards a lady who sat on a chair at the far end of the small enclosure where Raisel sat. Raisel assumed she was the library attendant for this part of the library.

I sighed, and used the tree trunk behind me to pull myself back onto my feet. I doubted that there would be any obvious dandelions in the meadow, so I jogged back towards Wildflower Way. There were more likely to be clusters of dandelions there; at least I hoped that there would be. As I strode through the meadow grasses, I unfurled the note to look at it again. I frowned as I read it. Perhaps I had been too hasty; I thought that it could also mean the sun. Did stars turn white at any point in their long lifespan?

She shook her head at her family when they all laughed, the tension that had been running through them dissipating as they all stared at Daniel. "Where would we even buy all this stuff?" Clary asked, her eyes lingering on the book list. She was intrigued by the potion book, wondering if they had the same potions in this other dimension or if she could learn anything new from it. "I haven't got a clue, but I'd like to get my hands on that Art of Defense book," Damon said, wondering who this guy was and what qualified him to write a book about defense, maybe he was some bigshot fairy in this other dimension. It sounded fascinating and he was always looking for new techniques.

Not food on my boot. I stopped, staring at my room, trying to find every piece of something familiar and kind. The books. I ran to the books, thinking about blood on boots as I ripped down the first bookshelf. I grabbed the back and pulled, letting it smash to pieces on the hard floor. Dandelion barked at me from my mattress when I went to the other, stepping over the books that had fallen. Pages had been torn out, dust jackets ruined. It didn’t matter. I would look at it and remember this day. I would remember what my father was.

I was late morning when Tristan entered the room pulling my head of the book, I looked at him in slight amazement. “We have the conference call in twenty minutes.” He greeted stepping into the room as I looked up. “What?” He asked and I held up the book. “Tristan, this book.” I stated not really knowing how to explain it. “It’s a novel, just a story that I found in the library, but it’s based on a family of werewolves, the two daughters, twins, were born with a special gift, they could produce fire and ice.” I uttered and watched as his brows rose. “They later became joint alphas of the their pack. Do you think this could be the story of the alpha twins that we were looking for?”

, she gasp as I sat down to the chair next to her flipping to the right page. “Hex Lavender, you are such a lifesaver.” Daisy thanked holding the book up in the air. “When you're done Daisy pass it on to me.” Zander stopped writing, pointing with his pencil to the book Daisy had, and stressed himself with all the work they had on the first day. All he could remember was that each color slug represented a different use, anything else was gibberish. For the past hour all he has been doing is searching and writing, not ready for any quiz.
