He crossed his arms and pouted. “Thank you. What the Vasili didn’t realize when he ordered me to be taken was just how much of an enemy he was taking into his home. I know Ford and Rao.” The wolves gasped. “I am known to hunters and trackers as ‘The Phantom’. I hunt them. I’m gathering information, then I’m leaving and I’m taking all of you with me. Danny heard a series of explosions from the hotel lobby. His eyelids fluttered. He frowned anxiously. Soon, there was dead silence upstairs. Danny hesitated for a long time before finally making up his mind. He slowly walked upstairs. By the time he reached the thirteenth floor, he was out of breath. However, he stopped breathing altogether when he saw the scene in the corridor. The corpses on the ground were all bleeding profusely, and they included the Shadow Guards' corpses.
