Chapter 4 AMBER'S POV Through my bloody and battered face , i managed to see the Boys everyone was paving the road for. They were simply beauty. Their faces seemed carefully sculpted by the greatest sculptor, they all had brown hair. One had the deepest Jade eyes I had ever seen and in those eyes was a cold look, the other had dark eyes, dark eyes that had a sense of mysteriousness to them and the last who had a little smile on his face had warm brown eyes that made me feel sick with the desire to look into them.

The rest of it started right now. "Not anymore," I said. His eyes held mine, and in the firelight they were not black at all. They were the deepest shade of amber.

Her eyes—Oh my—her eyes glowed a sharp, unnatural yellow, and her features had twisted, just slightly, but enough to make my heart pound. Her pupils were thin slits, and her face bore the briefest flicker of something… feral. She looked like someone caught between two worlds, and neither of them was ours.
