Brandon dropped the rifle and stared with disbelief. Tara ran to the window. Demon wolves were exploding everywhere. She peered through the receding smoke and flames and watched Dominic shift himself into the same wolf she encountered on the roadside. Liam stood before him with outstretched arms while the wolf slowly transformed back into Dominic’s form and he laid twisting and writhing while he fought off the energy destroying him.
