Mark told him. “He is also not an angel, fey or elf. That left vampire or warlock.” Grandfather Eivor said. Savannah tried to describe him to them, but her memory was hazy thanks to that damn sedative. Dorian did his voodoo mind reading shit to her which shocked both her and Daniel. It was weird to be part of it and it made me somewhat nauseous. “He is a hybrid vampire/warlock. His name is Vegas, well that is the name he goes by. He also happens to be Ulriks half-brother.” Dorian explained.

“I am not, and he doesn’t. Next time you do not take orders from him, and you will confer with me if he tries another stunt like that.” The guard nods vigorously, his eyes wide and fearful. He opens the door, the herald jumping to his feet when he sees me coming in flanked by my ranked men. He taps his staff with the bronze bump at the lower end into the floor and loudly presents me. “His Royal Majesty King Caspian Sunborn Wilde Darkmoon, ruler of the Nockturn Crown and all vampires. His Lordship Duke Drake Nightblade, His Lordship Duke Tristan Moonshade.”

Author’s POV. In the dim, oppressive air of the dark den, the Dark Alpha’s voice echoed with a chilling resonance. "Damon, your army is useless. It didn’t help me terrorize Alpha Zander Blake,” he sneered, his tone dripping with mockery. Damon stood amidst the flickering light of a ritual circle, the golden trident in his grasp glowing faintly. He had been channeling its ancient power, weaving warlock incantations to strengthen himself for the inevitable day of destruction. The interruption was unwelcome, his irritation evident in the way his shoulders tensed.

My wolf howled inside me, not in pain—but in challenge. A vision exploded behind my eyes. Blood-stained councils. Whispers in shadowed halls. A sigil carved into bone—ancient, forbidden. I saw him. The enemy. High Elder Morcant. I staggered, catching myself just before I fell. “He’s alive,” I gasped. “He never vanished. He’s been guiding the rebellion—using blood magic to twist the Moon’s signs.” Chaos erupted. “That’s impossible!” one elder shouted. “The Moon banished him!” another cried.

Tears streamed down her face, and she couldn’t contain her sobs, at the sight of Thor lying bloodied on the floor. “I won’t hurt Nick,” he hissed. “He’s the brother of the devil, and I’m sure my actions will please both him and his brother.” “Drago doesn’t care about you,” he whispered menacingly in her ear, “You will be my sacrifice to him, you will see,” Madchen stilled herself for a moment. What the hell was he talking about, the devil. He had lost his everloving mind, she ascertained, and she was to be the target of Jason’s maniacal fantasies.

"Aqua, you need to grasp the true threat of the coven. They're not just ordinary casters. Each possesses unique abilities, ranging from unnaturally swift regeneration and inhuman strength to the sinister power to manipulate creatures and even people, turning them into spies. Some even boast of an unnerving form of immortality, extending their lives far beyond the natural order. And worst of all, they have the terrifying capability to absorb the powers of other casters." Aqua's pulse quickened with each word, the weight of Aunt Cleo's revelation pressing down on her like a heavy cloak. "Starting tomorrow," Aunt Cleo continued, her tone resolute, "I'll begin instructing you in defensive magic.

until the black wolf at the centre of it all shifted. Bones cracked, fur receded, and a towering man stood where the beast had been. His hair was dark as pitch, his build monstrous, muscles coiled with unnatural power. Around his neck hung a black jade pendant carved with jagged symbols that seemed to drink the light. His violet eyes swept the arena like a predator measuring the size of its prey. “I am the Dreadlord,” he announced, voice echoing with layered resonance, as though more than one being spoke at once. “You may call me nothing else.”

We burst out into the central courtyard of the Starfall Dominion, only to find to our rudest shock the sky covered in a massive, swirling purple vortex of dark magic. The clouds are churned into violent, unnatural shapes, crackling with arcs of vicious violet electricity that plunge down toward the high battlements of the keep. Standing at the center of the courtyard, holding a glowing black staff that is tearing the very fabric of reality apart, is my fully restored stepmother, Leah. The woman we thought was neutralized is back, her eyes burning with a hollow, fanatic madness and hatred as she channels the raw, destructive energy of the void into her weapon, preparing to finish what Mercer

We all sweared Dwarfs were just some made up species in a children’s book, but turns out they are real. The next week I was with Elder Darnell learning 6 Dark spells: Cloying Darkness, Darkvision, Flood of Darkness, Night Vision, Troubled Sleep, Weak Dark Bolt. I swear to the Moon Goddess the Bolt spells are my favorite ones to learn. For these 6 spells I did great and picked them up quickly.
