Death of Vampires (Book #2 of BTCO)

Death of Vampires (Book #2 of BTCO)

“You are the one who took a young girl hostage and plan to use her blood for what exactly?” “It’s you,” the witch said and Caitlin raised a brow. “Do you know who I am?” “No, but you will soon be known.” Caitlin became confused at what the witch said and it was then her eyes lowered to see that she was holding onto something which peeked out from her coat. She saw something black which looks like a book and it gave her the description of the sacred book the priest talked about which she had pictured from the mind of the other priest. “I see that you’ve stolen the so-called sacred book. What is it about this sacred book exactly?” Caitlin asked, looking curious.

Reborn for revenge: Mr.Smith Can you handle it?

He pointed at the tin casket. Sherry hesitated for a moment, then slowly lifted the lid. Unlike how dirty it was on the outside, the inside was neat and clean—not a speck of dust was to be seen. However, contrary to her expectations, it seemed a bit too normal. There seemed to be a few photographs, velvet pouches, letters, and…Just as she was rummaging through the casket, she found an old notebook at the bottom of the casket. The cover was made of brown leather, with gold-engraved letters. Sherry’s fingers glided over the raised text as she softly spoke the name written on the cover.

“unlucky contestants…shelf two, book thirteen.” It sounded oddly like a personal note. My curiosity won out and I skimmed my fingers along the spines of the books until I chose one at random. I pulled out a medium-sized book, a deep shade of navy blue. Earthen twine was wrapped around the book, and there was a picture on the front. A middle-aged man with chocolate hair and dark eyes smiled up at me. The cover of the book read, “Arthur Zimmerman, Game 71.

Amy
Such a well written book and the story really drags you in, I’ve enjoyed reading this so much and hope a sequel comes out. I really feel this book should be printed, I’d read it over and over again. The book is long but it’s well worth it.
Therese Dahlqvist
The author has a fantastic ability to keep me on the edge of my seat and a great ability to describe the scenery around the characters. I find the characters to be mostly well defined and consistent throughout the book. There are some typos and incorrect grammar, but not enough to disturb me complet

Rise of the Alpha Queen

I suggest, giving my shoulder a slight shrug. Kenji picks up a book and passes it over to Levi to place beside his book on the other table. Levi looks down at it and grimaces before setting it next to the ghost book. My brows rise in curiosity as I walk over to see the book. Forbidden Sex Magic stares back at me in bright red letter, the picture of a naked woman being rammed into by a centaur graces the cover. “Well that is disturbing.” I tell them, placing the book back down and putting the ghost book on top of it to hide the cover. Levi and Kenji let out loud spurts of laughter behind me as they watch my discomfort over the book.

Princess Cromwell and Her Six Brothers

The girl swallowed and said, "What help." The man took a book out from his coat and handed it over: "Help me see what this book says." The girl took it and glanced down. The cover was clean and neat, and there was no title. The girl felt confused, but she still opened the first page. When she saw what was inside, she looked even more flustered, and the book in her hand fell to the ground with a bang. The man saw that and laughed, showing his white teeth: "Is this Book of Death any good?"

Under the Cover of Darkness

Under the Cover of Darkness

I'd spent a considerable amount of time on this and was nursing my third glass of whisky, with my shirt collar open and my jacket thrown carelessly over the back of my chair when I felt a slap on my shoulder. I fiddled with my custom ‘CM’ cufflinks just as Casper filled the hitherto empty stool beside me. His brown hair sported curls I didn't know Casper had, his hazel eyes were starting to get a little red-rimmed and his brown suit was incredibly rumpled. He carried a glass of champagne. “Are you drunk, man?” “A little, but I'm sober enough to know that's Dave Cheadle from Alchemist that's on your laptop. Explain to me why you're suddenly interested in pop bands?”

Then, to the right, and at the end of a long row of books, one book jutted out from the shelf. I pulled it out. It didn’t have a name. It was a leather-bound volume, and its cover had a skeletal hand clutching a wilting rose. I opened the book, skimming through the pages. My stomach turned at some of the rituals inside. Selene was too arrogant, too vein, to resort to grave robbing, and there would be no need to stitch me together if her plan was to take over people’s bodies as she had before. The Binding.

Roy nodded absentmindedly, vision frolicking over the shelves with beginners interest. "Want to check out some books? Let me help you." Jeremy swayed in the direction of a random shelf with a bar hanging―Japanese Fiction written in caps. Jeremy pulled out a white and black designed tiny, thin book from the compactly stocked shelf and waved it at Roy. Roy saw Jeremy coming over with a book and caught it's cover design. A simplistic art with profound hidden meaning. The name 'Birthday Girl' conveyed a sense of aesthetic complexity. "This is a thriller short story by Murakami Sensei. He is a widely known novelist across the globe. His every work is phenomenal." Jeremy said, voice dripping with

I was about to give up when my fingers brushed against something different. It was massive, bound in what looked like black, flayed skin, and heavy enough to make my muscles strain as I pulled it from its slot. It landed on the reading table with a heavy thud that sent a cloud of dust into the air. I wiped the grime from the cover, my breath catching in my throat. The title was embossed in faded silver script: Vampiric Death and Rebirth.

It was not all, the cover was the eyes of werewolves. My brows furrowed in keen interest as well as something I can't name settling within me. Without thinking further, my hand took out the book and the front cover showed the face of werewolves with its eyes glowing in a golden hue. I brushed my fingers on the cover, mesmerized by the image. It was delicately printed and made.
