Two doctors walked out of the hospital room, and one of them said, "Are the patient's family members here? The patient is about to die. You'd better grab your chance and see her one last time." My father immediately walked in, but I maintained an impassive look on my face. Any affection I had for Elise had died the moment she forced me to my death in my previous life. Whether she and Jeffrey lived or died, they had brought it on themselves. It had nothing to do with me. I strolled into the hospital room.

Forever. “Fuuuck!” Deren yells, standing up and running his hand through his hair. Darcey cries out loudly. Tears fall from my eyes silently. The entire battlefield grew silent, and only Darcey's loud sobs and the heavy sound of rain could be heard.
