Amira just nodded. She passed Lora and opened the gate of the apartment. But when she opened, a delivery guy greeted her. He was carrying a box of pizza, wearing a hat, a sign from a well -known pizza brand in the country.
The driver looked at the phone and looked at Amira again.
“Ma'am, is this the St. Theresa apartment?”
Amira just nodded. “What unit?” she asked and looked at her watch. “Oh my, just knock or call to come out. I'll be late for work, I'm truly sorry.”
