Emotions had run wild between now and then; excitement, disbelief, discontent, rage, and now a thoughtful silence pervading the four walls like a thick blanket that lulls her back to the bay of sleep’s arms. “If you don’t mind my asking, who’s your divine ancestor?” “My father was a demigod. The last few of those died out almost twenty years ago now, and his father was none other than Zeus. My mother was a descendant of Athena and Ares, an interesting mixture to be sure. No, I don’t have any special . . . powers, I guess you could call them, but I have noticed some personality traits and interests of mine that line up with what my ancestors represented.” “You said the last few of those? What do you mean?” James asked.

He explained, and I was shocked. “What!” I exclaimed, and he chuckled. “Your people have not been told about the prophecy that binds the five great cities.” He said it, and I shook my head. He is indeed the right man I can speak to! “In every great, there is always a strong man. The strongest of them all, and all these are called demigods! They all answer to one God!” He spoke, and I listened to all his words. “Just like, you know, in the werewolf clan, the Lycan clan, the witches’ clan, the vampires, and the sirens! There are always great ones.” He said it, and I thought about it.

“If you’ve done a lot of reading, can you tell me more about the origin of a demigod’s powers?” “Hmm.” Byron leaned his head back to the wall as he began to think. “Honestly, I have only read one entry regarding that, and it was very vague. From what I recall, the first demigod was created because all the sea creatures were without a guardian. And during that time, there were a lot of sea monsters who would always cause havoc both on the sea and the land. Storms would tidal waves would appear without a warning. Ships would get wrecked whenever they would try to cross the water. The ocean has a constant red tint to it because of all the raging war of predators fighting to dominate one another

“My daughter, my demi-god.” I’m a demi-god? … pft Ahahaha kidding. I have always been interested in Greek Mythology but I don’t know much about them except of course the famous 12 olympians and my favorite was Athena of course, who wouldn’t? I have watched Percy Jackson, Troy, and Hercules. They really are awesome. Ack. It’s quite heavy, jeez. I picked it up and went to a table near the shelf. I started to read from the start and find it quite interesting. There are stories about the major gods and goddesses, and some stories about mortals. Most of them were love stories though.

He had never seen any animal have such vivid colours before, but he had certainly heard of them. He recalled the stories in the books he had read. Some of the old Gods had different forms but it was always easy to tell them apart from mortals. He recalled reading about a God that looked like a huge tree with a human-like face. However, those Gods often created beings known as demi-Gods. These immortals could look as normal as any living creature, but there were some who did not. Creatures like these wolves might not have been demi-Gods themselves, but it was very possible that they may have been descended from them. Of course, the Goddesses of today were more mortal in appearance, or so stat

His voice was distant, as if he were putting together a puzzle in his mind. - AND...? — Aspen expressed the question that was also in my head. — In Greek mythology, Rhea and Cronnos are the Titans who created the world. They are the parents of the gods Zeus, Hades and Poseidon. They were husband and wife. — Remus explained. My eyes widened in surprise. — You mean Chloe and Aaron are…. — Aspen asked, excited. — It's just a theory, but it is known that wolves can only mate with another whose wolf name connects with theirs in Greek mythology.
