“Shadowland has creatures in it. Both human like and black, gooey zombies.” Rain, my Knight and a powerful demon in her own right, gave me an unimpressed look as she adjusted a pin in my hair. She was a bit of a perfectionist and couldn’t stand when things were out of place. If she were human, I’d say she had severe OCD. I guess I could still say it even though she was a demon.

The man fell to the ground, screaming in pain while Ares just rolled his eyes and threw the eyeball on the ground and stomped on it because squatting in front of the man. He grabbed the man by the hair and lifted his head up so they were eye leveled. “I told you I don’t do second chances but you are someone I’ve known for so long so I don’t want to kill you off just like that but if you don’t find a way to get me rid of this demon the next time we meet, I won’t just be taking away your other eye but also your life. Got that?” He pushed the man to the ground as he stood up then turned to Cornelius with a groan.

They could be deep-fried, stir-fried, and cooked in all sorts of ways. Lora ordered the great chef in Inferno to make a table full of delicacies. At the long table, no one dared touch the cutlery. Lucas ate as fast as he killed. Some times, a person would die as soon as he or she laid eyes on the Dragon Slaying Saber. Other times, he was already done eating when others had just seen him touch his cutlery moments earlier. In addition to being a demon, he was also a blade master.

Alpha Derek's POV I didn't know how but I was able to control the demon inside me. I had only sunk my claws into her neck, and at the sight of her blood, the demon inside of me suppresses. The side on which I had cut immediately healed up but has a scar. She must've been a local for her to heal up instantly. Since I was from the demon clan, no matter how fast and strong the werewolf's inner power might be, he or she can never heal from my slash.

Not that this is my first time but this people are different. It's the pack of the demon alpha. I wouldn't believe I would be here even in an hundred years to come. Some nice looking maids came to put the serving dishes on the table. Those dishes are quite expensive. Who is the demon? Me? What is a demon by the way? Then when I got dressed I went out of the room and went to the kitchen, I saw a knife fall to the floor so I took it but I immediately let it go and closed my eyes because I saw something in my mind again. I saw the face of my mom and the girl with the horns again, mom was holding a knife and stabbed that girl with the horns, the girl did not know because she was sleeping.

“I am favourite of Demon Lord Basille, one of the nine overlords in the Demon Realm…how do you think I am expected to behave for him?” Batton remained silent, his jaw muscles ticking as he grit his teeth, his eyes blazing with that golden sheen. Kat tilted her head at him with a cocky little smirk. “You don’t even know my demon form…don’t be too hasty, General.” Batton lifted his head a little at that, a look of bewilderment and awe coming into his expression as he couldn’t help but wonder just how dangerous this provocative little demon was. “So the restraints stay on then…” He muttered looking at her darkly, his eyes narrowing. “Can you tell me the answer to one question?”
