~Kiva I stare down at the folded piece of paper on my vanity, narrowing my eyes suspiciously. How exactly this got here, I don’t even want to know. I suspect I know who wrote it, as I carefully pick it up, laying it flat to examine the hurried print. I need to see you, Kiva. I’ve been a terrible disappointment to you. The last thing I desire is to kill you, or to hurt you. I need you to trust me.

His hands trembled as he tried but couldn't put it out, his heart pounding in his chest. "Nate, stay back!" Her voice was the last clear thing he heard before the fire roared to life. His mind raced through every possible escape, but all he could hear was the relentless crackling of the flames, closing in, wrapping around him like a living, breathing thing. The heat blistered his skin, the air too thick to breathe. He could barely see through the haze, barely think past the panic. She was inside, inside that fire. He had to save her. He tried. He called her name, over and over, his tiny voice raw with desperation.

Then it struck her. “A job. I want a job.” Julian nodded slowly, confusion crossing his features. “I want to be more than this. I'm not just Mrs Hawthorne. I had a life of my own before this, and I should have a life after it” He never knew he could fall even harder for someone, but sitting there, watching Adele talk about her life goals, Julian felt a new respect for her. “I have a Masters degree in accounting, you know. It's just…keeping a job was hard coupled with taking care of mom. I kinda lost myself along the line.”

I asked , in an unbelievably calmed and painful voice . “What?” His expresiones changed to confusion . “What do you mean why? Can’t you see I still love you?” He said , clutching me softly . I was about to say something when we heard someone knocking at the door . Without thinking this dumbass opened the door . Like what the fuck man? Where is your brain? “Uh Director ? Oh we are sorry to disturb you . we didn’t know you would be here.” Maya said , looking at me and Jason awkwardly . She is one of the beauties here . I can’t see any flaws in her . like literally not even a single one.

“My mother was erased. She chose a shadow path—was cast out for refusing the Flame. But we survived in the hollows. In silence. In pain.” Kael appeared in a blur, teeth bared, sword drawn. “Step away from her.” Ysara’s gaze didn’t flicker. “So predictable. Alpha guard dog.” Selene stepped in front of him. “What do you want?” “I want what was stolen. You wear the crown of a legacy your ancestors destroyed. I want Vireya. I want the Moonborn line. And if you won’t give it to me…” Her smile sharpened. “I’ll take it.”

Elaine When I pulled away from our kiss, I quickly looked around to find the source of the camera click. My jaw almost dropped when I saw the large cameras aimed at us, with a person holding a microphone. “We are here at Desire Island, and as you can all see, Louis Montemayor, the heir of Montemayor Company, is having an intense kiss with a woman. Just yesterday, rumors were circulating that he had surprised actress Mariella Althea De Vera, but what is this we’re seeing now?” asked the man holding the mic, moving in front of us.

The waitress placed out Ice cream on the table and we spent the remaining time licking ice cream and getting to know each other. I have gotten to know so much about her. She is staying with her aunt and she is somehow abusive. But then again I like her confidence to share these things with someone she just met. I felt obligated to share some stuff with her and I did just not everything. Told her about my background, how I work two jobs to be able to feed and afford my basic needs. Basically about everything except Mia. I'm not ready to talk to anyone about Mia yet. Maybe someday but not now.

She still has her charming look and sweet voice, just like how I remember her the last time she visited me in jail. Silver is my bestfriend and she became my eyes and ears to my family for the past 7 years that I'm in jail. She helped me so much with everything. At the very moment, a crystal orb-like something illuminated over my head, allowing me to see someone in front of me. My mouth just hung open in awe when I saw the woman in front of me. I had no words to describe her. She was so pretty, even the prettiest in the world would feel ashamed. Her long brown hair, milky white skin, big round ocean-blue eyes, heart-shaped red lips, long neck, and the curvy figure was such a brilliant combination I had never seen. I could not even imagine such a woman existed. Wait, she said she longed for me, right?
