Sold as the Alpha King's Breeder

Sold as the Alpha King's Breeder

"I'll go with you tomorrow night." "Yes, Alpha!" Richard replied, and turned to exit the room. "Richard," I said, stopping him in his tracks. "Is there a pawn shop in town?" His eyebrows raised, but he didn't question why I wanted to know– as I had known he wouldn't. "Yes, Alpha," he said. "There's a pawnshop by the dress shop on the strip downtown where the stores are located. Honestly, there are several of them around, all from the same chain."

I adore this series. I had the privilege to read it a couple years ago on a different platform. It’s incredibly detailed with mostly likeable characters. Plus you get to follow the journey as they grow and develop over several stories. It’s well worth the time invested!

The order of the book is a little confusing, started out with a story about Ethan and Rosalie and mid way through it's like the story has jumped back to were the beginning should be. I love the story but this kinda has me scratching my head .

The Psycho Mafia

The Psycho Mafia

O. "Alright." I cleared my throat. "So where then?" "My bed. I want you to be comfortable." How sweet. I laced our fingers together and brought them to the top of my thigh. We pulled off the road into the mall parking lot. I realized immediately that this was not the standard mall everyone went to in town. This was the boujee ass mall in the town that only housed designer brands. Glancing up at the asymmetric white monolith, I caught sight of names like Gucci, Prada, Chanel, Burberry, Cartier, and Dior. The other names wrapped around the side of the building beyond my view.

Shadows of the Lost

Shadows of the Lost

“Whatever you like.” A low neigh came from a forest-like shop with a sign saying Sheenie Shorne Shack where several boys peered, amazing themselves with Shorne’s of different sizes and colors. There were shops selling cloaks, shops selling ancient artifacts, panels stacked with fake weapons, windows reflecting millions of books, and different stock of bags hanging at the back of a mannequin. They have reached a black, gothic, derelict building that has a three-story structure, which was awfully engineered. It looked as if it’d collapse any moment now.

Probably the most challenging story I have written. With about 5 drafts and two years of crafting, it’s my longest work. It’s thrilling. I revisit it sometimes and, he, even I get overwhelmed and awed. I mean, it feels like I’m not the one who wrote it.

I love the world building of this novel! Even when you’re only in chapter one you can already see how the author meticulously planned the settings of the story. It’s descriptive so even if the world is new and unfamiliar the readers could still easily imagine what it’s like.

she replied cheerfully. Reeves snorted. "There are at least a hundred and fifty shops on Oxford Street. I doubt you'll be doing more than walking." Sophia laughed. "You have to open some accounts for Torcia at the clothing stores, and Wedgwood, and of course the jewelry stores, as well as the bookstore and—" "Oh, ma'am...well, Sophia ," Torcia interrupted worriedly, wondering why she hadn't realized their tight financial situation, compared to the Cannons' wealth.

Auden’s Blessing

Auden’s Blessing

My intelligence had clearly plummeted into the negatives after endless days and nights of work. My forge is at 29 Eden Street. The entire street is lined with alchemy workshops, rare ore refining houses, wild leather shops, herbalist stores… it’s bustling with people. Nearly all the finest alchemists and godsmiths in the tribe congregate here. Though working in such a place is convenient for sourcing materials, the commute itself is anything but easy.

Carra left Barma alley and went to the second warehouse left to her by her mother. The second warehouse was located at the end of Olive Street. Since the warehouse was selling antiques and painting, the environment needed to be relatively quiet. Olive Street's warehouse's shopkeeper that Carra did not change was a shopkeeper named Wagner. Carra investigated. Although this shopkeeper Wagner didn't make any achievements, just like his name, he didn't make any mistakes, and he was highly professional.

His Mysterious Witch

“Please Alpha,” “If anything goes out of line, I can’t assure you that I won’t act.” He replied calmly and I nodded. Hopefully, nothing went out of line. I exhaled deeply as I pushed the wooden door open only to be welcomed with the familiar scent of booze. One would think this place was a beer parlor but in fact, this was a gathering place for all species. It was a shop for all kinds of artifacts, weapons, grimoires, potions and of course, ingredients. Their gazes fell on us and some of the people there who knew me simply gave knowing gazes.

As the Fake Heiress Rose to Power, the CEO Falls Apart

As the Fake Heiress Rose to Power, the CEO Falls Apart

After finishing their meal, Stellar led Suzy to their destination. It wasn’t a high-end shopping mall or a luxury boutique but a small, tucked-away shop in a quiet alley. The storefront had a classical charm, and the moment they stepped inside, they were greeted by a minimalist yet elegant interior. It was a hair accessory boutique. Ornate hairpins and combs were displayed on wooden shelves, each piece carefully arranged. But what truly stood out was the jaw-dropping price tags.

A Second Chance at Romance

A Second Chance at Romance

With Hannah by her side, it felt like there was a solution to every problem. Regaining her composure, she noticed they were now in a narrow alley between two residential areas in Hopeldon. This area belonged to Hopeldon, and the buildings had a narrow alley between them. The alleys were just wide enough for two people to walk side by side. A wall about one and a half times higher a person's height stood behind them. Hannah ushered Diana inside and assumed a protective stance at the alley entrance.

I asked finally, smirking as I looked out the window. “No,” he said. “That would ruin it.” I glanced over at him. He wasn’t smiling, not exactly but there was a soft sort of pride in the way his jaw tipped like he was satisfied with keeping me guessing. When the car turned down a gated street lined with private showrooms, I raised a brow. “You rented out half the fashion quarter?” I asked dryly. “Just one building.” We stopped in front of a boutique I’d only ever seen once Maison Althene. A place for royalty, heirs, wives of oil tycoons. The kind of place that didn’t display price tags because if you had to ask, you didn’t belong.
