What It Means to be His

What It Means to be His

Abaddon and Axel made their way through the dimly lit alleys of the city. The air was heavy with the scent of danger, and the streets were eerily quiet, as if the city itself held its breath in anticipation of the impending storm. Abaddon's cold and calculated aura permeated the air around him, and Axel's cynical jests added an eerie layer to the atmosphere.

His Breeder

His Breeder

She could no longer tell the rain from tears. “Circe, please!” “...Lessie?” Alessia skidded to a halt, then whirled around and rushed back to the alley. She knew that voice. She knew that name. She did not know what awaited her at the end of the tunnel. As she drew to a stop by the alley’s mouth, Alessia’s breath cluttered at the sight before her. My fault. A havoc of scrap and rubble littered the alley. Splintered wooden wheels, bottles with peeling labels, torn up magazines, yellowed newspapers - they were all scattered amid a pile of bricks and slabs of cement. But that wasn’t what she saw.

Bravado! Very well done indeed! This is really an outstanding story so far and I am abundantly enjoying it dear author. I do hope you'll be updating very soon with a nice looong chapter.or two. ........................

I'm happy for the update of this novel, it is very compelling. I'm very excited on what would happen next to Alessia. I know it's a dark romance novel. I just hope it won't be too dark that it would overpower the romance aspect.

This Transmigration is Wrong!

This Transmigration is Wrong!

The word deserted is the perfect way to describe the situation of this alleyway. Only a few people would pass in this alleyway. Although the alleyway was deserted, there was a library that opened up in this kind of place. As someone who loves books, Naomi was naturally fond of going in a library and bringing home some books with her. It was when she decided to sneak out and tried to hide that she passed by the alleyway and she discovered a library situated in here. It wasn't as extravagant like the other libraries she would frequent to and compared to those libraries, the library in this alleyway looked like a run-down place.

The Lycan King and the Feral Twin

The Lycan King and the Feral Twin

I just picked one at random and went back to my bed. I didn’t even read the title of the book. I just opened in on a random page and began to read it. Moonlit Shadows Amidst the towering skyscrapers of the city, nestled within an alley forgotten by time, stood an abandoned building. Its once vibrant facade had succumbed to the embrace of decay, and its grandeur had faded to mere whispers in the wind. But this building held secrets, secrets that called out to those who dared to listen.

Immortal’s Kiss Book 4 English Version

Immortal’s Kiss Book 4 English Version

Papa replied and walked into an alley. It was not familiar to me at first. We kept walking and we were both silent. We see no immortals roaming about. I think everyone is inside their homes. After a few minutes of walking, the alley became familiar to me until I looked to the right and saw the familiar shops that I had passed by when Estrebelle and I went to the Capital. But the once beautiful scenery seems to be starting to erode. I can see a faint black smoke in the air and surprisingly, I notice the black roots slowly crawling on the pavement and even the walls of the strip.

Interview With The Gangster

Interview With The Gangster

Rai's words that warned her a moment ago suddenly rang in her ears. Angie took a deep breath. She checked the small sling bag she was carrying, making sure the folding knife she always kept hidden in her bag was still there. "It's now or never," Angie muttered. The deeper the man went into the alley, the more tense Angie became. The narrow alleys in the area were numerous. Normally, inside those narrow and dark alleys were a few hidden shops that sold goods that were not free to circulate. Of course, these shops were disguised under the pretense of selling alcoholic beverages or snacks.

Saving Ava

Saving Ava

The ripple of tension through his physique was a testament to the storm of emotions raging within. The car stopped in a dimly lit part of town where the weight of the evening's secrets seemed to cloak every corner. They made their way towards a dim alley, its entrance marked by the soft glow of a lone streetlight. Shadows played tricks on the eye as they delved deeper into the alley, creating a tapestry of darkness interwoven with fear and curiosity. The very atmosphere felt loaded with the anticipation of things unsaid and unseen. Hidden deep within the alley was a nondescript door, bearing no signs or markings. It was a portal into a world most people never knew existed. As Carver pushed t

REBORN AND BECOME A BILLIONAIRE'S WIFE

REBORN AND BECOME A BILLIONAIRE'S WIFE

Mostly, not enough to stop them, but enough to slow them. We hit the alley beyond the cemetery at a run. Narrow brick walls. Trash bins. Wet concrete. One flickering security light. It feels like the kind of place people in stories die in, but not tonight. My phone buzzes in my pocket. Of course it does. I ignore it.

HE WAITED 1,095 DAYS TO CLAIM ME

HE WAITED 1,095 DAYS TO CLAIM ME

I gave the street a full five minutes before I let myself believe it was clean and crossed toward the alley mouth. The alley ran behind three buildings, the hardware store and a shuttered dry cleaner and a unit with no sign at all, and the drop was supposed to be the third one, a service door with a keypad Lena's old method would have wired to open on a code instead of a key. I checked the street both directions before I crossed it. Empty.
