Do You Believe In Fate Novels & Stories

She doesn’t. “What is it?” “I miss her. Isn’t there something we can do to bring her home?” “No. In short. We must vice our time. Things need to happen. Fate needs to take place. Not only her future but those of our future children and children after them.” “Why does fate work like this, Alpha?” Her question mirrors the question I’ve been asking myself for many moons. Fate is the inevitable happenings that are destined long before you can even talk. I wonder who comes up with that bullshit and why.

Catherine consoled, patting my shoulder, and I turned to her. "The fates? I scoffed. Why should I believe in the fates? Why should I? it is the same fate that put me in such a dilemma, it is the same fate that gave me happiness and still took it away. No Catherine, I don't believe in the fates, I only believe in me, I know that no matter what it takes, I will do it to save my queen, even if I have to go against fate."

Can't she? “Do you believe in things they called as fate?” “...” “some things are really meant to happen. It is as if it is already written on the stars. And do you know why that thing happens?” I dare not say anything. What I need is to listen to know those things that she will say. “because of fate. Destiny” Isn't it just a mere fables? I mean flowery words to make stories much interesting? I didn't know that it is a thing that exists in this real life.

“What if I had fumbled my words or shut you out completely?” “I don’t think that would’ve happened,” I said. “ I guess you’re right.” He shrugged. “We’ve both tried to leave before, more than a couple of times but we couldn’t bring ourselves to,” I added. “My best guess is that this was always meant to be.” “Do you believe in fate, Rae?” Lucas was stroking my hands, inciting a feeling that had been dormant for a long time now. “I believe we create our fate.” “I couldn’t have said it any better.”

Breathing deeply, I tried, "Fate. It is a complicated subject." I paused and then continued, "Many people believe that fate means something that is pre-destined by the Almighty. that what is written will happen no matter what but it doesn't work like that." Now I had her full attention, "We, living beings, are also given free will and that is the driving force for changing fate. Whatever is written in the destiny but we have no control over our feelings. Now it's up to us how to shape our feelings into our beliefs which then determine our actions. And with our actions, we can change our fate."

he furrows his eyebrow at my words, so I tell him everything Selene told me. When I’m finished, he growls loudly at what Fate has done, not just to me but to others. Fate has always been a trickster. Playing with the lives of everyone, she is a puppet master. People blame their god for how their lives have turned out, but in reality it’s fate’s doing. She is vicious and can destroy you on a whim. No rhyme or reason. It depends on her mood.

"A while ago, I was no one in my life. I spent a few years lamenting about a past that I barely remembered properly. So I met some people who changed me completely. These people were friends with others, and others, and I ended up becoming part of a circle full of people who didn't know why they knew each other. It's crazy to say it out loud, but it's the truth. I think everything has a reason in people's lives. Death, life, wealth, poverty... Unfortunately we only understand when we get to the end of the story, and it's so sad not to be able to control these things. All I wanted most in the world was to know how fate determines who will come our way in the most unexpected way possible.” "I

I shrug. “Fate knows what it's doing. I don't need to supervise it. If I were to try and interfere, my interference would have been accounted for in planning that person's fate. If I shot someone, I might miss and just hurt them and they might meet the person they are meant to meet at the hospital. Maybe they will be dying and then the person they were meant to meet would show up in time to try and save them, get attached, then lose them. Which by the way I have seen once and it was the most depressing thing. I know if they're fated, not how long they will last.” I try to explain. Bellamy is already prepared with his next question. “If fate happens no matter what, then why does it matter if

Artemis POV People always fear what they don’t understand, what they don’t know- what’s different. You would think growing up amongst supernatural beings, I’d be surrounded by open-minded individuals, people who are accepting of differences. Maybe they were before the plague- the infamous Fated Plague.

she demanded. "In our reality," he began hesitantly, choosing his words, "we believe in the strength of Fate, that things and individuals are predestined by the Goddess of the Moon. But there's something we tend to forget in most cases: free will." She stepped back to gaze at him. Her chest hurt as if it would split wide apart with the weight of her sorrow.
