Novel & Cerita Does Audiobook Count As Reading

“I do audiobooks.” God. Now I was wondering what he sounded like reading those filthy lines out loud. Damn it, Eve. “So,” he said, taking a sip of his cappuccino, “you’re a fan of Lola Noir?” I finally worked up the courage to speak first. “So, you read Lola Noir?” Stupid, Eve. What a stupid question. His lips curved into a slow smile. “I do audiobooks.” God. Now I was wondering what he sounded like reading those filthy lines out loud. Damn it, Eve.

In the car on the way home I questioned whether or not I should tell Doc what I had thought happened, instead I asked him what the purpose of my reading to the patients served. “Well, Callie, it’s quite experimental in Carmel at the moment but in Russia they found that reading to patients with head trauma, especially to those who were in comas, encouraged a faster recovery rate. In fact, you can see the spikes in their brain activity in the listening and processing areas of the brain whenever you open a book. “It is not impossible to be a storyteller. These days, there's something called Audiobooks. You can narrate books in your own unique way.” “I'll look into that.” Felix nodded, “Do that. I'll get going.” He looked at Sasha and said, “I know you're passionate about reading but you should get full rests at night. Don't forget you have to work during the day.” Sasha nodded, “Thank you for the reminder your highness but I think I'll manage.” Felix smirked, “Now you're taking advantage of me you..” Sasha smiled. She was telling him that she would continue to use the library even though it was against the rules as long as he allowed it.
