I kept my eyes on my plate and focused on eating. For a while, the conversation flowed easily around me. Mr. Hartley talked about work. My mom shared a funny story from her day . Mrs. Hartley laughed at almost everything. It almost felt normal. Almost. Then I felt it. Leon was looking at me. I glanced up. He was already watching. A strange smile played on his lips. "Don't forget." My fork froze halfway to my mouth. Across the table, Mrs. Caster's brows furrowed. "Forget what?"

He said it in an extremely serious tone. "O-kay Dad!" I said but inside my mind, I already said a few cusses. I knew what Dad is going to say and I can no longer reason a way out of it. *** Black's POV "Black I'm so dead! I can't escape anymore!!!!!" Mich complained. She is here in my room this early morning just to complain. "What happened?" I asked confusedly because I haven't heard any explanation since she came in, she just rants and voices out how her life is doomed.

Their dad said the grace after which they all feasted on their meal quietly. Uncle Bob was the first to finish. He grabbed some mouth wipes and wiped his mouth. He worked his throat back and forth for a little while. Eleanor knew that moment he had something serious to say. Typical uncle Bob. “I heard you visited your friend yesterday…” he started, picking his teeth carefully as he spoke. One word at a time with a deadly calmness.

I turned to see Bobby coming, I waited for him. “Hi,” I greeted, once he got to me. “Enjoying yourself?” asked Bobby, grinning. “Sort of,” I lied. “Did you make any new friends yet?” “Well, somebody tried to befriend my ass, does that count?” I deadpanned, Bobby busted out laughing. “Who?” he questioned, once he had finished laughing. “Some guy named Joe,” I answered. “Oh Joe Henchmen, yeah he goes after all the girls’ asses,” replied Bobby, with an amused smile, then he turned serious. “Hey, I wanted to ask you something.”

(Professor Bob) Compared to his younger brother, Bar is far more proficient in socializing that Bob. But for someone as bob who mostly only speaks of a simplest sentence to interact and he said that the others party were insufficient, it made you feel sad for them to be commented by someone who speaks like a broken radio.

Should I stay? "Hey, you don't have to do that." I sit back up, and the guy named Liam looks left, biting his lips. Though he looks back at me. "I thank you for trusting us. I also really couldn't believe this." He chuckled awkwardly. "Sadie looks like the spawn of Judas, but she is nice and soft and cuddly, I assure you. Hope nothing terrible happened. He smiles, to which I do as well softly. "Well, as they say," The colorful-haired Bob--the name doesn't fit him, to be honest--started, stretching his arms sideways. "Foul odors can lead to relationship success!"
