But the draekon kept it pinned, digging its claws into the creatures chest. The draekon tensed, and closed its jaw tighter and ripped the throat out of the creature, silencing its screams and ending it's flailing.

Draco asked as he arrived at the house, charging for the stairs. He had arrived no sooner than five minutes ago and was already bossing everyone around. He had the men he brought pack up the bodies. As far as Elliot knew the body would be probably burnt beyond recognition or buried in someplace nobody would ever be able to find it. Elliot rushed towards him and stopped him, blocking his path. Draco glared at him like he was a piece of dirt beneath his shoe. His side made him all the more intimidating. He looked like a Goliath next to Elliot, despite the fact that Elliot was pretty tall himself.

Layla's POV: The last few lectures have been about things such as werewolves, witches, and vampires. The Professor has also spoken in depth about the history of Draphend and its association with the supernatural. I am eager to learn more about these beings, hoping to find out more about myself as well as the Draven family. The night Mr Draven hired me he told me of the family's secret. They are vampires. He assured me I was in no danger as they fulfill their thirst for blood on animals. For some strange reason I felt at ease as soon as I entered the Draven manor. I willingly accepted the job and since then I have been reading and studying as much as I can on vampires.

He slams to the earth hard, his body pressing against the ground. Neither of us is able to move with the weight of the net over top of him. I watch as a royal, a king with a crown on his head, slowly walks over to us. “You. You killed my father. Now it is time for you to die.”

“You will… never be our Alpha…” Draco’s lips twisted into a slow and cynical smile. “Then you will never speak again.” With a cold and merciless snap, he twisted the elder’s neck like an ordinary chicken, and the man went limp instantly. Draco dropped the lifeless body carelessly, letting it slump across the scattered table in front of the horrified council.

While I was transporting the sculpture away, I felt extremely agitated looking at the snapped finger. Before receiving the DNA analysis report, I still had hopes that this person might not be Hazel. His blonde hair had increased in length, almost reaching his shoulders. He was my mate. My Draco. Once he appeared in the room, all I wanted was to run into his arms and stay there, taking in his scent through my nostrils.
