At least that's how I think she feels. There's something off with these vampires though. I know I should stop basing my views on movies but what I've learned from watching lots of movies about vampires. If a vampire comes to town that's when everyone will be alarmed because they'd think it's a serial killer or an animal killing people. But so far I haven't heard anything about humans being drained of blood. The only thing I heard about the death of a human being was a woman being killed by her husband and they're both humans. May that poor lady rest in peace.

She ignored my question. Without warning, she lunged forward, grabbing my hair and twisting my neck to a side before burying her fangs inside my neck. A blood curdling scream escaped through my lungs and she clutched my mouth roughly. She was a vampire, she was so much more stronger than me and I was aware of that. But I had to fight back, I had to do something, anything. With another muffled scream, I tried to lean away from her as she kept sucking my blood, completely draining me. " I hate you and your presence so much that I had to stop myself from ripping your heart out every fucking time you lay your filthy hands on him." She kept rambling as I broke down on the floor, clutching my neck

He finally introduced himself. Harley couldn't help but smile. There was something about him that was less threatening compared to other blood suckers that she had encountered, and now she could finally put a name to the handsome face she'd been blatantly staring at. "Pretty human name to me, I'm Harley but it seems that you already knew that." She responded. "Why? What kind of name would you associate with a vampire?" He questioned. "Hmm… I don't know. Dracula, Vladimir, Lorenzo, something along those lines." She listed all the names that popped into her head.

“Wha' wrog?” “They found another body,” She said, “Under the bridge. Same place as the last one. They said the body had all its blood drained out.” “Just like the last ones.” I shivered. She turned to me, eyebrows raised. “Apparently there are no obvious wounds. Do you still think they’re animal attacks?” “Of course.” I rolled my eyes. “What else would they be? Vampires?” “You think I’m crazy, but that’s the only explanation that makes sense.”

"We are here to discuss a matter of utmost importance." "I know what this is about," I replied, trying to keep the annoyance out of my voice. "Let's get on with it." The elder cleared his throat and began to read from a thick book in front of him. "According to our research, there are several signs that indicate that Lady Arayah is indeed a vampire." I raised an eyebrow. "And what, pray tell, are those signs?" He began to list them off, his voice monotone and dry. "She has pale skin, she is often seen wearing a cloak to shield herself from the sun, and she seems to disappear without a trace at night."

"Arraa. Come here." Arra was currently checking a small passage that she saw when she heard a deep and cold voice calling out her name. Her eyes widened and a smile plastered on her face. Finally, someone came here to let her out of this scary place. So she turns around with a smile on her face but only to find out that a scary tall man was standing at her back and staring at her. The man was so tall that she had to look up to see his face. His eye was red and has a dark circle on it. He also has pointed fangs on his mouth and it looks very scary. He wears a long dark coat that covers his whole body. Arra screamed at the top of her lungs and quickly cover her face with her two shaking hands.

A voice said, it had the same bass as the one that had just killed but it was a lot more authoritative. “That scent…” The blood-soaked vampire thought to itself, the man that had just spoken was a fellow vampire like him but this scent felt familiar. Stepping into the moonlight from the shadows, what came into light was a blonde-haired vampire with crimson-red eyes and a very attractive face. “I know you!” The vampire that killed Ethan blurted out but his calm expression was broken into one of fear.

Duncan dared to ask. "It is those bloody vampires," Drakken huffed. "They killed one of ours during hunting." He was clearly aggravated. "You see, this is what happens when they suddenly start sating their blood thirst from the bloody animals! It is most likely they encountered the victim when they chased an animal into our territory." "Who got killed?" "I do not know. Some maid." Duncan followed him out of the castle's front doors down to the stables. "It is just a maid. There is nothing to be worried about."

She nodded and listened to what Eleanor said. "So, how do I know if that person is a vampire or not?" asked Leora. Eleanor sighed deeply. "Can't be exposed to the sun. Even if he can, he won't stand it too long. The power will be absorbed and can even burned," Eleanor replied. "How if I'd have met him in a shady place?" asked Leora again. "If you encounter all the strangeness that is not commonly possessed by humans. It could be that he is a vampire," Eleanor replied, looking at her granddaughter. Leora nodded in understanding. She also tried to remember who would have that such a characteristic.

Devin sighed and gave me a pity look. “He’ll come around.” He assured me. “In the meantime, it’s a beautiful day and the sun is up. You wanna go for a walk?” he asked and shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal, only if he knew what he just did. He just invited a vampire for a walk, in the sun. Good thing I’m a day lighter. “Sure.” I said and stood up from the chair I was seated. “So, what do you wanna talk about?” He asked swinging his arms beside him while staring at my face making me a little more uncomfortable than I already am.
