Alpha Orion
It was a game, a sick, taunting game, and Orion had never played to lose.
His body shook with a fury and a pain so deep it nearly split him open from the inside. His beast stirred, restless, snarling beneath his skin, craving release, but he held it back. Not yet, not until he had a name, location and throat to rip out; then there would be nowhere else in the realm for him to run.
He rose to his feet slowly, his towering form casting a long shadow across the snow.
"Burn it all," he said, voice hoarse with restrained wrath.
